I am so impressed by the arrangement I received just a bit ago. The flowers are so fresh and beautifully arranged. When I opened the door, they truly took my breath away. The gentlemen that delivered them was so kind and made me feel special with even our short interaction! I am in awe. Elizabeth's Garden is my first experience using a Mobile florist and I could not be more pleased. The arrangement they sent is absolutely beautiful but it goes beyond that. First of all, I found them on Yelp and upon reviewing their page I found that they had a discount offer for Yelp users! When I called a very nice lady answered the phone and politely helped me make a decision on what to send and how to made the whole process super easy. She was patient kind and very eager to help me out. Second she told me the flowers would be delivered by a certain time and they were actually delivered early. Third she respected my budget and delivered a beautiful arrangement and even included some flowers which had not yet opened to that it would get even more beautiful appearance in the days going forward. All in all it was an easy experience and a very professional florist that delivered a bouquet that exceeded my expectations, on time, and it was very well received by the young lady for which they were intended. Fantastic customer service and beautiful arrangement. I could not be more pleased. I called ten days ago to order flowers for some friends returning home from an extended hospital stay at UAB after transplant surgery. I placed the order only to find out an hour later that their return had been delayed. I called EG and they were happy to put the order on hold. Fast forward to this morning, I find our that my friends have not only been released but were already an hour into their journey home. I frantically called Elizabeth's Garden and they were more than accommodating and had the flowers ready in an hour. When I came to pick them up, they fashioned a holder for my car so they wouldn't tip over. Completely 100 percent satisfied. They went above and beyond. And the arrangement is gorgeous. read more

Incredibly disappointed with the floral arrangement that was delivered in my name for Valentine's Day. Not being local to Mobile, I did my research online and chose Elizabeth's Garden based on the reviews available. I contacted the florist through Yelp with a list of flower options and specifications and requested a quote. Carol, the owner, responded promptly and we later spoke on the phone to finalize the order. I stated a budget of $150 for the arrangement, provided delivery information and anxiously awaited Valentine's Day. I was contacted by the recipient on the day of delivery. Despite the fact that I had provided the delivery address, the driver actually contacted the recipient directly to ask for directions, thereby ruining any possible surprise. It's 2018...does everyone not have GPS on their phone? The address was a business, so not as if they needed to call and see if anyone was home like with a residence. Then, she sent me photos of the arrangement that was delivered, which I have included. Needless to say, I was not pleased with what I saw (and neither was she, understandably, for that matter). Though I had requested a tall vase, for some reason the arrangement was placed in a short, squatty fishbowl. This choice of container caused the flowers in the arrangement to lay over on their side which gave the appearance of everything drooping and just looked extremely sloppy. It looked like the entire arrangment had either been a.) hastily thrown together at the shop or b.) overturned in the delivery vehicle then hurriedly cobbled back together. The day was effectively ruined despite my best efforts to make it special. Safe to say I will be looking for a new florist in the area the next time I need an arrangement and I suggest that you do the same. ** Side note: Look at the photos. Mini callas should not be submerged in that much water as it causes the stems to become soggy and rot. If I know this, then a professional florist certainly should. read more

Just had a wonderful experience with the flowers for my daughter's wedding this past weekend at SpringHill Presbyterian Church. We met with Melissa to discuss our thoughts and she turned them in to the most beautiful bride and matron of honor bouquets. Her suggestions were so helpful since we are not very experienced with flowers, but Melissa listened and outdid herself with her talent. I don't live in Mobile, but if I did this would be my go-to florist! I can't base my review on their floral arrangements (I'm sure they are gorgeous, though) but I give their customer service an A+! I called to see if they could create and deliver a large blue bow for my sister's mailbox as she had just had a baby boy. The young woman on the phone was extremely sweet, helpful, and professional. Elizabeth's Garden has provided the best experience I have ever had with a florist, especially when ordering long-distance. I wanted to get flowers for my mother for her birthday in Mobile, but I am 1,000 miles away in Philadelphia. I looked up the reviews on Yelp and decided to order the flowers online on their local website. The flowers were *beautiful* in a really nice vase, and the delivery was FAST -- within 3 hours! They also followed the delivery instructions to the "T". The price was VERY reasonable, and they don't add on a bunch of fees like FTD and many other places. This is a truly LOCAL florist that does not outsource to other big companies, and I couldn't be happier with their service and product! read more

I watched a young lady receive flowers yesterday (valentines day). First the driver called here and asked for the recipient directly. Then proceeded to let her know she was delivering some flowers to her and needed to get directions to her. She should have either not said why needed directions to a business, called the sender instead, or used this crazy thing we call google. Any of that would have been better then telling this girl she had a flower delivery on the way. Second, they were terrible! I have never seen that expensive of an arrangement look so bad. The bowl was a huge fish bowl, and it caused all the flowers to lay down around the edge of the bowl. Then what did stand in the center was out of place because the others were just laying down around it. I love the bowl, but not for this arrangement. This bowl should have been on a $200.00 arrangement or better. There were not enough flowers to fill this, and all of this went completely against the sender's order specifications. Glad it was not me, but we know not to use this florist. There are other local florists that do a much better job in our area, keep looking or if you like risks go for it. read more
