We have purchased many things from them, and everything we have purchased is of great quality. About three years ago we purchased some wind chimes, and even though they are outdoors, they still look like brand new. The sound is so peaceful. The candles were returned to us with all the black soot still there. The candles are not even filled up at the same level. Tony called today, and was told it is Christmas & they are too busy to pay attention to quality control... so much that the owner said she now has a sign in the door saying so. I am in complete shock that ANY store owner would be ok with an item looking like would leave their store. So yes, as you condescendingly stated, your product did not live up to our expectations!
