Very limited metered street parking. Paid lots nearby. They don't open until 10am but are open 7 days a week as of November. The most recent contact I had was when a close family member's dog had suddenly passed away at the age of 15. A dog. This dog was very well known and extremely well loved to the point he was practically a sibling. I called to order sympathy flowers, and half way through the order I began to cry. Not just a sniffle, but a real cry when thinking about how dependent his owner was on that lovable,dark fluff of fur. Despite how silly I felt for crying over a dog, the lady who took my call treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. She was patient. She was kind. She truly understood. She didn't treat me any differently when I explained we were on a tight budget. Looking back now, she truly was amazing! Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the bouquet received by our family was reported as "outstanding". But I didn't really need that feedback, because the quality of the flowers over the last couple of decades has always been top notch from this florist. In closing, I appreciate this business and hope they continue with the same business model.
