We arrived at the door at eight pm, only to find out that every Wellnows close at 8 pm. "But I'm hurt!" "Come back tomorrow." The person with the injury said it was slight, and agreed to come back tomorrow, making an appointment for just after 8 am, when they open. After waiting for a half hour, we were told that we might have to wait another two hours. "But we had an appointment." "People came in before you." It's now an hour and a half later, and we're still not out of here. That says it all, doesn't it? The reason this is a three-star review, not a one-, is that the office receptionist was polite, decent, apologetic, and did her best to explain the hold-up; her, I would give a five. And I'm told that the medical care, when it finally arrived, was humane and competent, which also deserves a high mark. Nonetheless, my advice to Wellnow is to consider having at least one (1) establishment somewhere open 24/7 so that injured people after 8 pm won't be surprised by their closed doors. And also to work on their scheduling.

However, they automatically billed a card we had on file two weeks after our appointment for part of our balance. This was the wrong card. At the appointment we first billed a bank card by accident and the staff was able to change cards to my HSA. The HSA is what we had on file and should have been billed for any remaining balance but they billed the bank card. (first of all I don't agree with them automatically charging. Any other medical facility sends a bill and waits for us to pay). Since they billed the wrong card I called to have this fixed and they said there was nothing they could do. I don't understand why they can easily bill my card for my money but a simple refund onto another card is beyond their capability. I called again several days later and was told if I overpaid by the $300 originally charged then they would refund the overpayment onto my bank card. Guess what... the refund did not go on the card I was promised. It went on the wrong card again. I called several times to fix this and was told it would be rectified and eventually spoke with a supervisor who said I would have to seek reimbursement onto my card on my own through the HSA and bank. I asked for him to send me through to the survey to express my disappointment and shockingly he disconnected me instead of sending to a survey. I even called back and spoke to the same supervisor and he said since that call ended he could not send me to a survey. So here I am writing a poor review to hopefully get their attention. However, side note like someone else explained be cautious going there for a UTI. They charge extreme prices for a UTI panel. Ask questions before they do lab work!

I was in and out of the office in less than an hour which is amazing as I was a walk-in for some x-rays. My x-ray tech was the loveliest person who made sure I felt comfortable and cared for. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out. Lots of parking at the front of the building available, as well as handicapped spots. The way I was treated here is how all healthcare facilities should treat their patients! Update! My doctor received the x-ray results within an hour or two of getting them done.

Recently I visited my back doctor and he wanted an MRI on me. So I made an appointment with the…read moreplace I had one done years ago. But after some thought I decided to change due to the time they wanted me there, and the distance. So I called my doctor's office back and asked to have the MRI done at Borg Ide imaging at Culver Park.I may also add the first time I had an MRI it wasn't pleasant due to the size of the machine, and I wasn't prepared for it. But I got through it. Things were different this time. My doctor gave me a sedative and the machine they used was bigger than the other one I had years ago. This machine was larger, the back was open, more spacious, and I was relaxed. :) Regarding the radiologist, "Sandy", she was a real pro, an all-star. Each phase of the procedure she told me how long it would be, and where we were at. It went very smooth. I was pleased and I highly recommend Borg Ide if you need an MRI.

I have had wonderful service at the Linden Oaks imaging center which was closed. The tech who did my imaging today at the Culver Ridge location was beyond awful. She complained about her job, how no one reads her notes, and was defensive throughout the entire procedure. She asked me for information and then snapped at me and told me that she couldn't use it because it had to come directly from the source. Made comments like, "Well, that's something I wouldn't know!" when I supplied her with an answer about where the original testing was done. She was the one asking the questions... It was very confusing. Constantly interrupting me and talking over me. Rather than issue directives, she chastised me for swallowing a mouthful of saliva-- but did not tell me she needed me to wait to swallow. She was defensive about why the procedure was being done. She seemed almost irritated that she had to do it. That makes two of us now... When I tried to tell her why my physician ordered the test, she again interrupted me and talked over me --pretty much the entire time. I finally just gave up and lay there, waiting for it to be over. She complained for the full half hour. Longest test I've ever had. And of course I'm concerned about my health this entire time...Patients are anxious enough about test results. We do not need angry, hostile, clearly traumatized workers with poor social skills doing these types of images. I don't know where I will go in the future if I need tests, but I hope there are still enough locations that it will not be back to Culver Ridge.
