We met to talk about what I wanted for content, how I wanted my site to look, and what my budget was. Scott moved quickly and before I knew it, the new site was ready for me to help finalize the pages. We met a few more times and I was shocked at how easy it was to navigate the new site. The look is BOLD and the information easy to find. Even though the project is now complete, Scott has not forgotten us. He trained my staff and I on how to maintain the site, and if there is something we don't know, he's quick to respond to any questions. Even better is that he keeps an eye on our site. If he sees an issue or mistake, he contacts us and points out what needs to be fixed. Scott's professional, easy to get along with and comes through with what he promises. I found this print shop on Washington at Hovley between the CVS and the dollar store. I had no idea that this business even existed. There are two parts: one is a printer and next door in the same room is a shipping center and postal center that does passport photos, and shipping of all sorts of items. Laura at the front desk took a look at my photos and my text and put together a beautiful flyer for us to hope for a good outcome in finding my neighbor's dog. I had thought that it would take a while to produce the items, but in less than 15 minutes, I had exactly what I needed This will be my printing center and shipping center from now on. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that Laura showed. We were in the process of changing the name of our company after 10 years in business. This was a huge project that called for an all new logo, a new color scheme for all print materials, new business cards, letterhead, envelopes, postcards, brochures, shirts and giveaways. Ben did a great job taking our vision and turning into three unique concepts that were each so good, that we had a very hard choice deciding. He then took us through a series of revisions to refine our design. He then took the Logo and color scheme, and created a whole new look for the company with all new print material. Ben made the whole process stress free, and was very helpful in guiding us along the way. He dealt with all the print shops and delivered everything directly too us.
