Made me feel really professional, and I can't thank the team enough. Three days later, Monday at 430pm, Fed Ex Tracking still showed my package at Aim Mail Center. Upon calling, I was told that I arrived on Friday after Fed Ex did their last pick up and that delivery service and time of delivery is "not guaranteed", Even when printed on your receipt. According to the Fed Ex website, today, Monday at 437pm Aim still has my package, so it is difficult to believe that I missed the last pick up on Friday. The lack of transparency and honesty when dealing with customers here is unfortunate. I will reconsider using them in the future and go to the other Mail Center located on S. Palm Canyon.

I didn't hear back for another week so I called again. Finally an installer arrived with the signs. One was damaged--the edges were chipped. The installer said "that's just from the machine that cuts the signs" and was going to install it anyway. I refused to accept the sign and asked him to take it back and have it re-done. I didn't hear anything for a month, soI emailed Daniel and asked if he was going to re-do the sign or give me a refund. Now it's been three more weeks and I haven't heard anything back. At this point I'm just going to write it off. But I'm p!ssed off enough to take the time to write this review.

I was told yes, and that I could get a whole sheet of "air pillows" for a dollar or a couple bucks. That sounded reasonable. Then I come to this location and somehow it's $11 for "air pillows." That is not a small difference. That feels like a completely random, arbitrary price. And just to be clear, I'm not buying "air pillows" for no reason. I'm traveling with two large duffel bags and if you don't fill them out properly they get ripped apart by baggage handlers. These are brand new expedition duffels from Patagonia and The North Face and this is going to be their virgin journey through the system. I'm not about to overpack with heavy items and go overweight just to protect the bags. "Air pillows" are the smart solution. So I knew exactly what I needed and roughly what "air pillows" should cost. Being charged $11 for "air pillows," something that is usually a low cost packing material, just doesn't make any sense.

Well, I didn't know if it's a thing now or it's just this location but they had party city inside it. It's a small little section with mainly balloons and some party supplies. It's somewhat a good concept...lol... Work supplies and party supplies all together. The store itself is decent in size. Massive parking lot with the strip mall. But the whole layout of the place is a bit different. They have pretty much everything we needed and then some. It's like one isle I'll pick up some pens and paper, the next is a printer and then there's cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. A mosh posh of everything. Another one stop shop. Then you have some things that looks like it's been there since the store opened. Old furniture that they're selling. And equipment that seen better days. Loads of the boxes were pretty dusty without even touching them. You could see it. Clearly when walking by. I mean, they have what I needed which is great. It's not a place I would come on the regular but it does work. Staff were all pretty friendly.

We all waited long enough that at least one person gave up and left. Finally, a person came over from the checkout area and started handling things as quickly as he could. When I reached the desk I told him that I had these three tasks to accomplish and he very efficiently handled all three. The reason for my less than wonderful review is not the fault of the clerk, who did his job as effectively as he possibly could, but of store management that understaffs their checkout and tech services area while people are standing around in the print services area.
