We have completed over 60 medical project across the country and Brett did as good, if not better job than anyone we use. He did drone shots as well and both interior and exterior shots. Our tenant did not have their final signage up when he did the original shoot and Brett went out later and took new exterior shots for us. The overhead drone shots included a muddy and wet area on my driveway and he captured that in the overhead shots. There were no pictures of the restaurant, pro shop nor the beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the first and 10th holes. The house has been fully renovated and he did not capture the beautiful showers (3 of them) that were completely done. Communication was great but pictures were not. I had him redo some the coloring because they were extremely light. He had to redo them three times and they still did not look good.
