Hired Chris to take some photos of my home. He was argumentative the entire time telling me he knows best and to just shush and listen. Then to top it off, he was flirting with my 19 yr old son. That was the last straw. Chris defense is that my son is an adult and can "talk about whatever he wants" even though my son is not gay and it made him feel awkward. Very disappointing working with One Point Media. The photographer stayed for less than one hour, did not collabrate with me and was not thoughtful in his approach to his subject matter. Similar service providers do mention not to be offended if the photographer makes or suggests ajustments. No such service offered here. Because examples are helpful, here is one. As this is the desert, people enjoy seeing pictures of water. The photographer did not take the time to suggest removing the hot tub cover. My picture set as a result of this kind of lazyness is not optimum. As a homeowner, its not always clear what the best set up should be. This is why we pay people to help us with such things, otherwise, I could have taken equally satisfactory pictures with my iphone and tripod. Additionally, Chris was difficult to work with; not willing to offer any real customer service solutions. Will not use in the future. read more

I was referred to the agency due to fair pricing. I was informed I did not need to be present for the photos. I decided to drive 2 hours to be there. I did make a few adjustments to help stage for the photos. The photographer was in and out pretty fast, it was a very hot day. I received the photos and saw we needed to make adjustments to them, Chris was very accommodating, but those are added fees. I wish they had made time to ask me upfront what I planned to do with the pictures and what I wanted to achieve. A collaboration would have really helped. I recommend telling the owner and the photographer what you are hoping to accomplish from the shoot so that you get the results you want. The finally product was great but there were a few bumps getting there. It was worth it in the end. Would recommend. read more

I paid $149 for community photos thinking the photographer was going to take new photos of the community amenities. What I received were old photos that were over a year old from a previous photo shoot. There have been some changes in the pool area and my clients noticed immediately that the photos were old. They were very unhappy. I contacted Chris Miller with One Point Media Group about this and he never responded.
