They are genuine people who are nurturing, caring, and down to earth. I feel confident in their care when I drop off my daughter. They are quick to notify you if your child starts exhibiting any abnormal symptoms so you can address it promptly. Furthermore, they have a pretty neat, fun educational curriculum for the kids. My daughter is always learning something new and awesome each day. From observation, other children at the daycare are also wonderful and well behaved. Perfect playmates for your child. I came here because this is one of the testing sites I signed up to take at. Immediately upon…read morearrival, I wanted to go inside to use the restrooms before my scheduled test time (9am). The doors were locked. It was probably around 8:25AM, so I waited with others. The thing is, the instructions for this exam include coming early (at least 20 minutes early) because the test starts exactly at 9. I chatted with the test proctor (who has been there since 8am) and she expressed that she's been calling the office and waiting for someone to open the doors. Long story short, we waited outside until 9:10AM for someone to show up! This lady comes in, looking bored and disheveled, and I overhear her tell the proctor she thought someone else was coming in to unlock the doors for her. She didn't seem sorry and took her time. She opened the doors and during the setup of our tests, it was a long process because of laptop issues (some laptops were requiring passwords to unlock and she had no idea how to fix connection issues for a couple laptops) and material prepping. Our test ended up starting late past 9:35AM, and I definitely wish this spot was better organized in terms of communication. I'm super glad my other test wasn't scheduled later that day like others did because the proctor expressed that those exam times would be delayed now. It was also hot inside the room but thankfully AC was later turned on about 30 minutes into our exam. Nontheless, my experience here wasn't an impressive one.

The teachers came across as rude, impatient, and completely lacking the warmth and patience that toddlers need. It felt like they wanted quiet, easy children who wouldn't "bother" them rather than understanding that toddlers are toddlers. The classrooms were also incredibly boring and lacked the kind of engaging, stimulating environment I would expect for young children. But the way they handled my 2-year-old was the final straw. I was told that my child "hit" the teacher. After watching the camera footage myself, that description was extremely misleading. My son tried to climb onto the toy kitchen. The teacher tried to pull him down, he became frustrated, swung his hands in her direction, and then immediately ended up on the floor crying. What did the teacher do? Comfort him? Help him regulate? Redirect him calmly? No. She contacted administration to report the incident. We are talking about a TWO-YEAR-OLD who became frustrated and was crying. If a teacher is so intimidated by normal toddler behavior that her first response is to report the child rather than comfort and redirect him, I seriously question whether she should be working with toddlers. Children this age need adults who understand development and know how to handle big emotions--not adults who seem annoyed by them. The whole experience made me feel that my child was being treated like a miniature adult who was expected to behave perfectly and never be difficult. That is not what I expect from a daycare. I would not trust this daycare with my child again, and based on my experience, I would strongly encourage other parents to look elsewhere.

Through recommendation from a colleague, I decided to try out Katrina. Seeing how there was only 1 review i was skeptical at first but since a good colleague recommended her I decided to give it a try, and Im glad I did! Katrina was amazing. Very professional and patient throughout the session, lots of hands-on experiences to make sure you fully comprehend everything and how to perform CPR correctly. Compared to my previous classes, this seem much more rookie-friendly . Her pricing is also very reasonable and she's willing to work around your schedule. It was a long drive for me but seeing how i only need to renew my CPR license every 2 yr, it was worth the drive. Highly recommended!
