I could not be happier with my experience taking the CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature exam yesterday. The staff was very helpful and friendly and were genuinely excited to show me my good passing score, and compassionate with another test taker that I believe may have not passed her exam. I had the impression before taking my exam here that the testing room would be a cramped room, where I'd be sitting shoulder to shoulder with other testers. When I got in the room, I found each desk didn't have a ton of space, but the space (as well as pretty much everything else with the testing center) is definitely in line with other testing centers I've been at. I didn't feel cramped at all, and didn't have much of a problem passing my exam. I didn't have a problem finding parking nearby, either. The one (minor) complaint I have is that it was a little chilly in the room (for me, at least). I didn't see other people being cold, and realized the hum of the AC was drowning out other distractions. Besides, it probably kept me alert to focus on my exam. I'll just have to remember to my bring my sweater next time. But again, overall, a great experience. I'd definitely try to schedule my future exams here, as it's close and convenient. read more

This place was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I had an exam for one of my pre req courses but I could not be present to be on campus that day. I had a chain email between the owner and my professor to confirm a date and information. I was able to come in early. Set up for my exam was quick and simple. Pay was $50 and paid with card, simple got a receipt through email. They have a restroom if you need to go before or after. If you have a drink they have a fridge. There are lockers for your stuff before going in to take the test. read more

Don't let the outside fool you, this testing center is great. It's located next to good food and the facilitator is very friendly. I felt at ease when going there because he(I wish I remembered his name but his middle name starts with a B like me :) was thorough and made everything go smoothly. This testing center served its purpose, but the setup is not as private and quiet as other sites. The bathroom is located inside the testing room and the dividers set up between each person are not as protective as they can be. You can hear every conversation from the other side of the door, and testers walking in and out. Not my ideal testing setting, but again it served its purpose. read more

Had an exam scheduled and confirmed for this testing center today at 11AM. Arrived 30 minutes before my exam was scheduled to start as instructed. The place was still closed and no one was picking up their phone. Had to call the Pearson/NCCPA who were perplexed and rescheduled my exam. Received a phone call at 1230 from someone that works there apologizing for not being able to open their center on time. Are you kidding me?? DO NOT SCHEDULE HERE read more
