Beautiful arrangement! Easy ordering process. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

They have beautiful and stylish arrangements, it's easy to find something in store ( not on the holidays tho! order in advance) when you need flowers last minute. They're happy to make an arrangement to for your budget and style, I find that super convenient. They are very customer oriented and make sure you love your bouquet. service feels very personal, they really care. Highly recommended

I'm pretty disappointed with this place. After seeing them on social media and how beautiful their…read morearrangements looked, I sent my husband the link for Mother's Day. He chose an arrangement that came out to around $600 total and scheduled delivery for Sunday, Mother's Day. Saturday night, we got a text saying the flowers were out for delivery that evening. After he followed up, we were told it was sent in error. Then on Sunday, while we were at a Mother's Day brunch, he received another notification saying the flowers were out for delivery and would arrive by 12:40 PM. We rushed to finish our meal and get home in time, only to then receive another message saying the delivery couldn't be completed. My husband called, and they explained it was another "system error" and that they only had one refrigerated truck large enough for the arrangement. They told us the flowers would arrive by 4:30 PM. Finally, at 5:15 PM, the arrangement showed up warm, wilted, and dirty. It honestly looked rushed together with leftover flowers and was mostly greenery, with fewer than three dozen actual blooms. To their credit, after my husband reached out following the delivery, they did provide a $200 refund. But overall, the experience was really disappointing, especially because the one thing I wanted for Mother's Day was a large, full, beautiful flower arrangement.

We learned a lot about placement, arranging, types of flowers, how to handle/enhance them, cutting, watering and other various arrangement methods. The shop is adorable! The classes sell out fast! Instead of offering a refund or credit toward a future class, the options the Flower Garage gave us were to (A) pick up the supplies and do it by ourselves at home or (B) PAY an extra $25 per pumpkin to have them made for us. Neither of these are an equivalent experience or value to what was paid for. I understand the supplies were already prepped, but for the price the Flower Garage charges, I was surprised by Dani's unwillingness to offer more flexible alternatives like a partial refund. Businesses should be prepared to write off occasional costs, especially when illness is involved, rather than forcing poor choices onto customers. The supplies were worth maybe $50 at best. I ended up attending alone, planning to pick out a pumpkin for my friend who couldn't come due to lack of childcare for her son who was also sick. I had trouble finding the venue when I arrived due to lack of signage. By the time I got there I ended up getting last choice of pumpkins (they were nice pumpkins but choosing is part of the fun) and I just took everything home because I was sick and didn't feel like being there at that point. I cannot recommend the Flower Garage due to the rigid policies and lack of understanding for unique circumstances. Honestly the class didn't seem like it was worth $150 either, although I didn't get the full experience and the teacher -- Joy, not Dani -- seemed nice. The pumpkin looks cute so that's why I did two stars but I doubt it'll survive long since it's just succulent cuttings glued onto dry moss... I won't be signing up for any more classes here.
