We placed an order for some flowers online for a funeral and chose to pick them up at their location. The location is in a nice building with ample parking. As you enter the store you encounter a wonderful space that's decorated with lots of flowers with a beautiful fresh aroma of all types of flowers. The shop is incredibly clean and well laid out. I have used the same Phoenix/ Metro florist for almost 25 years. Today, I needed a same day delivery at 130pm and they were not able to accommodate. Google led me to Flowers by Coley. The young lady who answered the phone said they could absolutely do a same day delivery and helped me select an arrangement from their website. I was very impressed with the beauty and vast selection (far superior to the florist I'd been using). The bouquet was ordered and delivered as promised. The recipient was a client hosting an open house for their new office. We received several compliments on the beautiful arrangement and could not have been happier. I now have a new florist! Terrible experience. Ordered flowers for my daughters bday as im in CA and can't be with her. Ordered 2 days before delivery day for $230. I ask her roommates to stay home for the day to make sure she gets them. 4 pm no flowers. I call and am told they are on the next delivery. 3 hours later no flowers still. I call. get hung up on and now it's going straight to voicemail. so disappointed and mad. Will be telling her to tell her friends, roommates and sorority to shop elsewhere. Do not order from this place! I placed an order on a Tuesday to be delivered on the Wednesday. I upgraded and ordered the premium bouquet for $120. Paid $20 for delivery. My friend is going through a tough situation and was leaving that Wednesday and wouldn't be returning for a couple weeks. I didn't hear from my friend and texted on the Wed if she liked the flowers. She said she didn't receive any flowers. I called the florist Thursday and a female answered and said she would send me a picture of the delivery. The photo clearly indicated they delivered to a wrong house. I called back within minutes of seeing the photo and let the person who answered know that someone texted me a pic of the delivery and it was not the right house. She was very nice on the phone and said she wanted me to have a good experience so she would let the person whom I originally spoke with call me back because I requested to cancel the order. I texted back the phone number who sent me the photo and asked to cancel the order. No response. No returned phone call. Poor customer service. I don't even know if they re-delivered the flowers because the intended recipient is not there. It could be sitting on their front door for 2 weeks dead by the time they get home. I ordered a bouquet for my parents who spend the winter in Arizona and were there for Christmas this year. I paid $183, upgrading from the bouquet in the picture to the large version. The bouquet that arrived was nothing like that pictured, with cheap carnations substituting for roses and other more expensive flowers. The company was not identified on the truck or the bouquet, thus leaving the recipient no way to know where the flowers had come from. Most quality florists WANT you to know where the flowers are from! My mom sent a photo upon their arrival though, and I was shocked and very disappointed. I would post the photos of what I ordered and what arrived if I could figure that out. (I have never posted here before) Flowers by Coley provides no way to contact them by email however so that made it difficult to get ahold of them at Christmas. It is not worth my time to try to remedy this. Suffice it to say I will never be ordering again, and I don't recommend this florist. Businesses like this should be ashamed of themselves. read more

From the moment I walked in I did not feel welcomed. Three woman were in the middle of gossip and halted conversation just to stare at me and not ask how they could help me. I did not have an arrangement for flowers already ordered and was just looking for a last-minute pre-made Christmas centerpiece for a dinner party. Thankfully they delivered above expectations on the flowers but I will not forget how the one woman reacted by throwing her flower trimmings down, rolling her eyes and scoffing at me. This arrangement was amazing what I mean by amazing is how well the roses and flowers were displayed. The different types of leaves added in between the roses and flowers. What a fantastic flower store. Ordered flowers for a friend to be sent to a local hospital not realizing that they had been moved to a different hospital earlier that day. Florist delivered flowers and left them at front desk as staff also didn't realize patient had been moved and was no longer there. When I called florist about this they were so helpful and said they would be glad to pick up flowers and redeliver to hospital where my friend was transferred to. I offered to pay additional fee to handle but Christy at Copley said not necessary. Top notch florist who goes the extra mile (literally) for their customers. Thank you very much. read more

Terrible experience. Received flowers right before Valentine's Day. 2 dozen long stem red roses. Dead within 2.5 days. Reached out to Flowers by Coley & they promised to remedy the situation with replacement flowers. 5+ months later, multiple calls, emails & repeated requests for replacements or a refund for the purchaser - they've gone silent and just kept the money AFTER acknowledging the dead flowers were unacceptable & it was their error & responsibility to correct. Lots of passing the buck internally, promises a different employee would return a call, blah blah, eventually just no response, no refund and no flowers. Awful, overpriced, and will never use them or recommend to anyone. Pathetic. read more

Extremely unhappy with the delivery service provided by Flowers by Coley Scottsdale. I ordered flowers through Telaflora for our pre-Thanksgiving get-together with family and friends. Flowers by Coley was the shop fulfilling the order. I followed up with Telaflora when the flowers were not delivered on the delivery day and was told that they were informed by the shop that the order had been delivered already. I checked with my surrounding neighbors to confirm nobody else had received the flowers by mistake and then told Telaflora "No, the flowers had not been delivered". I was then told that the shop had tried to deliver but nobody was home. I replied that was also a lie because I was having the flowers delivered to our house and had purposefully stayed home all day to await the delivery. I even double checked our doorbell camera and confirmed nobody had come to the door all day. I was then told that the delivery would be re-scheduled for the next day. I tried to cancel the flower order when they were not delivered on time, but the flowers were dropped off anyway by our front door, after dark the day following the original scheduled delivery. The delivery guy did not even ring the doorbell or knock on the door. We have the doorbell camera recording as proof of this. The delivery guy just placed the vase on the sidewalk by the door and took off as quickly as possible. It was luck that we even discovered the vase sitting in front of our house. Because the flowers did not arrive on time, we ended up buying an arrangement from the grocery store that was less than half the price of the arrangement from Flowers by Coley and more than twice the size. The grocery store bouquet has even lasted much longer than the sad arrangement received from Flowers by Coley. I will NEVER choose this shop for any orders, and because you can not control which shop will be used when ordering from Telaflora, I will never use Telaflora again either. They have lost me as a customer. So frustrating and disappointing!!! read more
