They claim to have a "lifetime warranty " yet it's not stated what so ever anywhere on their website, what that warranty is or what is or isn't covered. Their lifetime warranty is just a picture on their website. There's no link nor are there any links to any reviews yet they say on their website " insurance approved" " lifetime warranty" and "best reviews ." On the phone, they'll tell you their warranty covers "leaks and manufacturer defects." When I spoke with "Richard" 8/29/2024 I asked, could the crack be due to a manufactured defect in the glass and without looking at the glass or having it inspected he said "no." We spoke with "Richard and a David" and it's been over two weeks since the initial install. We Still haven't received a receipt for the replacement they did nor have we received a phone call back from a "manager " to hear what they were going to do about the defective window their installer put in. When we called on that this past week, (last week of August 2024) twice they said they would email it within 24 hours. It's hairline crack from the bottom of the window that now runs up 3/4 to the top. It's not a splintering crack like a rock or something hit it. When their installer came back out to look he wanted to immediately replace the window with one that he just so happened to bring, even though my husband didn't authorize them to bring one out. The installer offered to pay our $100 deductible out of his pocket. Now that right there. Even the installer knew knew something was wrong Since he Wanted to cover the deductible! I do not trust windshield runner and I do not recommend windshield runner. We've let our insurance company know about them And their business practice.

I chose to wait in the garden- appreciated the sun option and the shade option, instead of the inside waiting area. Dylan pointed out a rock chip in my windshield and was able to fix it . Andy explained how to get it reimbursed by my insurance-even providing a separate receipt for convenience. I trust these guys and felt cared for. I'm happy to leave this review for others! The only thing I didn't like was I had to circle the parking lot 2 times to find the place, even with gps. I included a picture for you- drive to the end of the cul de sac- and turn right into the parking lot, it'll be on your right. It's located on the south west corner of the building. I'm happy I found this place!
