Headlights are about a foot off no adjustments were made and 2 of the lights were simply not plugged in. One in the rear and a front head light I personally had to take the lights and fix them. Windshield Runner dances around their service and they do not honor their ambiguous lifetime…read morewarranty.. All they want is your insurance carrier (when provided they proceeded to call farmers and not State Farm ) info plus your deductible. They DO NOT stand by their work. They claim to have a "lifetime warranty " yet it's not stated what so ever anywhere on their website, what that warranty is or what is or isn't covered. Their lifetime warranty is just a picture on their website. There's no link nor are there any links to any reviews yet they say on their website " insurance approved" " lifetime warranty" and "best reviews ." On the phone, they'll tell you their warranty covers "leaks and manufacturer defects." When I spoke with "Richard" 8/29/2024 I asked, could the crack be due to a manufactured defect in the glass and without looking at the glass or having it inspected he said "no." We spoke with "Richard and a David" and it's been over two weeks since the initial install. We Still haven't received a receipt for the replacement they did nor have we received a phone call back from a "manager " to hear what they were going to do about the defective window their installer put in. When we called on that this past week, (last week of August 2024) twice they said they would email it within 24 hours. We Still haven't received a receipt for the replacement they did nor have we received a phone call back from a "manager " to hear what they were going to do about the window that their installer put in that immediately got a crack in it. It's hairline crack from the bottom of the window that now runs up 3/4 to the top. It's not a splintering crack like a rock or something hit it. When their installer came back out to look he wanted to immediately replace the window with one that he just so happened to bring, even though my husband didn't authorize them to bring one out. The installer offered to pay our $100 deductible out of his pocket. Now that right there. Even the installer knew knew something was wrong Since he Wanted to cover the deductible! I do not trust windshield runner and I do not recommend windshield runner. We've let our insurance company know about them And their business practice.
