Fast forward over 10 months and the window slid down again during this rainy season and I was left without being able to drive. I called and quickly explained the situation and he said no worries come in the next day once the part arrives. The parts have lifetime warranty. He fixed it while I waited and was back on my way. It was reassuring to me as my husband always deals with these things but was out of town. The whole process was simple and straightforward.
