Found him on yelp amongst others but Robert was the only business that answered my call on a Saturday afternoon and was willing to drive from Elk Grove to Lodi on a Sunday to repair my rock chip. Robert showed up on time and even sent me a text when he was on his way. Upon his arrival he found a 2nd chip I hadn't noticed and without hesitation agreed to fix without any extra cost. He was very professional and even took the time to explain the repair process. Both chips were repaired within a few minutes and all from the comfort of my own home. If needed, I will definitely be using Surpreme Windshield Repair again and I will also recommend to all my friends and family. read more

My daughter bought a used car at a dealership and a rock hit the windshield during the test drive and made a small chip. The dealer told us they couldn't fix it until the next day and we decided to get it fixed ourselves rather than wait. Called Supreme Windshield Repair and they were at our house within 15 minutes. Amazing! Then Robert told us that the chip had already been repaired. Apparently the dealer had fixed it after all. I really appreciate the honesty and quick response time. Will definitely use this company again! read more

I called Robert to get my windshield crack repaired. Picked up my call and we setup a appointment to meet at my home same day. He provided me with a courtesy text prior to arrival. Go here before you call safelite or anyone else!!! Same day service and about 1/3 of the price, with the same lifetime warranty! Great customer service and my windshield looks good as new! read more

Great customer service! Robert answers the phone right when you call and is eager to work around your schedule. On the way home while driving on the freeway, a rock hit my windshield. Cracked it instantly, I knew that if I waited it'd just get bigger and then I'd have to get my entire windshield replaced. I called Robert (pretty late....around 6pm) he answered right away and made arrangements to come to my work the next day to fix it. He called me when he got to my work, and when I came out, he was done and my chip was fixed! It was quick, painless, friendly and affordable! The chip/crack was pretty deep, so you can still kind of see the crack from inside the car, but it's so small....I can't really even tell. It beats replacing the entire windshield though! And he guaranteed it'd never get any bigger. If it happens again...I know I'll call Robert!! Thanks for making it so easy for me!!! read more

I called Robert at 8:42 a.m this Friday morning and he answered immediately. We arranged for him to assess the windshield chip on my Outback and my husband's Tundra for 10:30 this same morning. He repaired the one chip on the Outback and the 3 he identified on my husband's truck. All this within less than one hour. His work was amazing and saved a tremendous amount of money. His prices were very reasonable and I had shopped around. Here's the bonus! My labradoodle just loved him. Robert is a dog lover so I didn't have to stress about my puppy being annoying. I had my car for less than two months when a rock chipped my windshield and was already starting to spread. Robert agreed to squeeze me into his schedule today because I was afraid the crack would spread more if I waited until tomorrow. He agreed to meet me at my home at a specific time and texted me he was on his way. He explained the process; was very neat, friendly, professional, and efficient. He cured the epoxy with a blacklight so it didn't have to sit in the sun (not a sunny day). The whole process was complete in a matter of a few minutes. Robert guarantees his work and that the now barely noticeable chip will not spread. He even astutely mentioned that the repair expense could be written off on taxes if we have a small business. Hadn't thought of that! On top of the great service, his price is reasonable too! Thank you Robert. Hopefully I won't have to keep you on speed dial but I do highly recommend your service. read more

Have NEVER had a service person show up early. He got to my appointment 5 mins early and did a amazing job.

If you have a rock chip call Robert. We called a few place but no one had availability on Saturday. My rock chip was about an 1 inch in size. Robert came out as schedule and was able to check the chip. After looking at the chip he explain to us what he can do to fix the rock chip. I asked if it will be noticeable once he fix it, and he was able to tell me that it will be about 90% new. Overall I had no complaint and my windshield had s fix. :) read more

I called my insurance company and they recommended Supreme Windshield Repair. Robert (the owner) showed up a little ahead of time of the appointment! Did an excellent job! He also added more resin to the other two chips from previous rocks and repairs. Looked slick, and ready for my trip. Did not cost me anything as it through my insurance. Most insurances do it this way now. Great experience. Hope I don't need to call him again, but if I need to...I will call Supreme Windshield Repair. Thanks Robert! read more

I found Robert through Yelp. I called him about fixing a windshield rock chip. He accepted my auto insurance and he was able to come by within the hour. He's a really nice guy and fixed the rock chip really well (I could barely tell there was a rock chip there). He also noticed another rock chip that was repaired previously by another windshield repair company. He said it was not repaired correctly and offered to repair it free of charge. I told him that I also thought it wasn't repaired correctly, but the technician insisted that it was repaired correctly. Robert said the other company did not fill in the chip, they only sealed the hole. After Robert fixed the previously fixed rock chip, I could barely tell there was a rock chip there at all. I would recommend him to anyone for windshield repair! read more
