Kyle makes having a party so easy, VR is great value for 3 hours of fun. He is great with the kids and even provides tablets for the kids to play while waiting their turns. I was quite disappointed in the initial staff that were there to sell us the wristbands and credits. There was only one staff member and it took over 45minutes to just get our wristband even though they had already been open for over a half hour and there were hardly any people in the place. A huge line was inside the Trophy Room all trying to get wristbands. And because the sound of the arcade games is so loud their staff member I think was having a hard time hearing people and being heard themselves. Maybe a curtain or a door there would be helpful to eliminate the sound and make that area more practical? Or make it so you can purchase a wristband at the front desk area because there were 2 staff just hanging out there. Aside from that the games were fun and our kids were able to find quite a few even at their young ages to enjoy. Of course a majority of these games I feel like are geared to older children and adults. I like the variety of games- from old school basketball hoops and the DDR (that isn't DDR but a different variation), to the roller coaster simulator styles and VR too. There were probably a good 5-10 games that were down and not working. The bowling upstairs was looking really fun as well. Plenty of food options around- we sat in at the restaurant and this was the best part for me. The food was so so good! We ordered the Tempura Jalapeños ($13.50) - freaking amazing! Huge jalapeños and perfectly crispy. Truffle fries - lots of Parmesan and very crispy. But the kids menu was the best! $10 for a drink, main course and dessert! And the kids main menu portions are huge- very filling for a great price.

There's also virtual reality, axe throwing and more. There's an amazing space on the top floor for big and small parties, which you can rent out. The story was unique and fun to follow along. The large expansive vistas were my favourite part. Incredible views. I have a bit of vertigo, so I had to be careful I didn't get disoriented. But I had hubs with me holding my hand so that helped. Only minor complaint I had was the headset was heavy and you had to have it a bit tight for the picture to be clear. We both had crazy red marks on our foreheads for at least 20 mins after. But it was fun and I would definitely do it again.

It was great fun to explore the ISS virtually through this experience. While they did have to reset…read moremy headset to make it work properly, I really enjoyed the vignettes from the crew on the International Space Station and the views of Earth from Space. It is a bit of a touristy experience but a fun way to spend a bit of time. The NASA ISS one is more adult friendly rather than for kids, though I understand the Egypt one is more family friendly as there is a tour guide rather than you solo exploring. I liked that my group was a different colour than strangers so it was easy to find people while within the experience.

Long shotz Software has over 200 courses to play. We chose Beautiful Hawaii for our round. We could not have had more fun. The owner could not have been more accommodating. Very fun afternoon out, we are stoked to head back in the evening with pals to sip Sea Change beers at the bar, play darts, pool and have another round of golf!! The decor is super cool. The building attaches to a rad local bike shop. Long Shotz, had a full on store. It looks like they could meet most golf needs. I almost walked out with a nice Skort @ 30% off. We were surprised by this gem, check them out for all the fun!!
