They delivered it the same day, but it was not quality wood nor was it 400+ pieces. The guy who delivered it said it was only a face cord. It wasn't even that. It was covered in snow, ice and grass. I contacted them to let them know I was very disappointed and the guy I spoke to was very unprofessional and rude. The pieces of wood were spongy and most were only about 8". There were a lot of little pieces of wood and nothing over 10".

This was on a Friday. He said he would email me an estimate probly on the following Monday. Monday, no email. I called two times that week and left a message. Nothing. now it's Tuesday of the next week. I call and speak to a lady who knows the job. She tells me a different story than what Jason and I discussed. Maybe your experience would be different.
