So I I am pretty handy, and have put in sprinkler lines and sprinklers myself. But when it comes to…read morethe valves, I'm going to have a professional do that. So I call on a Friday because I want my sprinkler valves moved and also put into the ground instead of sticking up and having to be covered with a fake rock. I leave a message and within half an hour Sean called me back and said he can come out to give a quote that same afternoon. He does, and it's a very reasonable price. Even better, he says he can come out on Saturday morning, the next day, and have it done before noon. He will be there between 8 AM and 9 AM. The next morning, he's there and ready to go at 8 AM and he and another guy work hard all the way through and do an even better job than I had expected. And my sprinkler valves and pipe were old. They were old when I bought the house 20 years ago - that kind of old. But no problem for Sean. I am already planning which project I will have them come out to take care of next.

I did not like my experience with this business. It took a very long time to complete our yard…read morework. We signed a contract and agreed to complete our yard work in two weeks. At one point we had to call the Owner due to incomplete work. We requested extension on our driveway and his response was "I forgot to tell my employees". He informed us we would be starting our concrete on a specific day, I cancelled my plans and waited at home for them to come and they didn't show up. I asked my husband to contact him because of how long I was waiting and this guy tells my husband they were gonna delay one day due to his mistake of not informing his staff about our driveway extension. When the concrete was complete, there was a crack on the side and they told us they couldn't fix it. We paid 12k on that concrete, and they are saying they can't fix it. The level of unprofessionalism this guy had was unreal. When we would let him know we were leaving and asked if they needed anything, he would joke and say he wanted food or pizza. It was completely unprofessional. He did not communicate with us, some days he wouldn't work on our yard and he would not tell us why. There have been several occasions where we just wait at home waiting for him to come and he either gets there very late or doesn't show until we contact him. At this point our yard has not been completed, and it has been about a month. Our yard is a mess and our plants and bushes are dead because they were pulled out and left on our yard. I am very unsatisfied with this business, I will not be calling them back for any yard work. If you want someone who will communicate with you or at least give you a heads up, I would 100% NOT recommend!! I would take my business elsewhere if I were you!

I have no affiliation with Paramount Landscaping; I'm simply a satisfied customer who values…read morequality and reliability. Over the past 15 yrs they've consistently impressed me. Recently, I had them redo the entire landscaping at my home in Redlands, and I couldn't be happier with the results. There's a significant difference between hiring someone to perform basic tasks like delivering and installing decomposed granite, and working with a team that offers architectural design and a thorough landscaping plan. Zach, the owner, and his crew at Paramount Landscaping have been exceptional, ensuring the site is clean every day and regularly checking in to guarantee my satisfaction with the project. I highly recommend Paramount Landscaping and give them a five-star, triple-diamond rating.

Choosing a landscaper is hard, especially when you do not know enough about things like concrete…read moreforming, drainage, irrigation, lighting, or plant selection to confidently judge what is industry standard. I received bids from six different landscapers for a full backyard renovation, including hardscaping, softscaping, lighting, new irrigation, drainage, fencing, and electrical work. In the end, I largely chose Zac because he felt genuine, thoughtful, and easy to work with from the very beginning. Early in the process, Zac worked with me to put together a plot plan and the other materials I needed for my HOA submission. He was able to take my broad vision and turn it into an actual design that gave real thought to irrigation, plant placement, lighting, drainage, and the overall look and flow of the yard. Once the work started, it was clear that Zac's crew was putting time and attention into the details. They were courteous, kept the job site tidy, and the work looked well done throughout the project. Zac also proactively shared his thoughts and suggestions as things came up, but he was never pushy or arrogant. When something needed to be adjusted or fixed, he handled it quickly. For me, the best endorsement is that I am already planning to use Zac again for my future front yard renovation. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a landscaper who is thoughtful, responsive, and takes pride in the work.

He did a fabulous job, even though I was unable to get my daughter's husky away from her favourite spot. He worked so hard and it looked amazing after. He showed up the first time after to mow. Since then he has been a no show in spite of repeated texts. He answered once to say he was too sick to come. The second time he said he had reversed his route and would be there later and never showed. It took multiple messages each time to get a response. If there is a reason he does not want our business I would expect the courtesy of a message rather than no shows. I wanted so badly to leave him a good review because his work was so good and very reasonably priced, and he is such a nice man, but the lack of communication and lack of reliability are a problem for me.

The original lawn had been ravaged by invading grasses and weeds and probably my two Daschunds as well. IT was looking very tired and sad. Karl the owner of Avagreen came for a consult, answered all my questions and designed a computer generated plan to help me visualize what my yard might look like with 4 less Palm trees and some colorful flowering vines instead to be placed along the white fence. See the before and after images he provided. The renovation took about three weeks total. His crew, Jr. and Raul were awesome, landscaping experts with outstanding attention to details and the inevitable surprises that arose. The old irrigation plan was totally revised by them to make sense. Before the three valves did not separate lawn, trees, shrubs and drip system. So watering was awkward to say the least. Now each area is on a separate valve and timing easily adjusted. I am thrilled with my new design and function and look forward to many more years of enjoying this space!
