His work has always been excellent and his prices were always fair in my opinion. I know he also did the new roof for our church and for several neighbors and I have not heard any complaints. We did not schedule specific times for my jobs because they were smaller and not time-critical; Bryan worked them in when he had time. I found this yelp site while looking him up because I'd like for him to do another job for me.

When the AC still wasn't working well, I called another company. That tech removed the top, showed me all of the dirt and ice there that hadn't been cleaned out by Regan & Son. Once he finished, the AC worked great, but I had to pay another $200. Don't know if Regan & Son was trying to run up the bill, or lazy or incompetent, but I called twice and asked to speak to the owner so I could ask for a partial refund, was told I'd get a call back, but that never happened. Only use these guys if you want to pay a lot of money and get a lousy job done.

Once I got up there, they said they don't have the right tools to cut the wood. Yet, we walked right past a skilsaw and two sawhorses on the way to look at the wood. It would only have taken a few minutes to cut the wood down. Do they really expect me to pay for delivery of only four boards? These people are going to lose a lot of business if they treat their customers this way.

We treated our daughter to a professional move-out cleaning as she left the Chapel Hill area of…read moreNorth Carolina. I had been provided the name of Keeps Clean, with the person referring their name to me, not knowing how their service is. I called the number provided and Jose efficiently answered the phone and my several questions. He was super kind and patient over the phone and agreed to do a Saturday cleaning (even though he tries to give his team the weekends off). Before the date of cleaning, I was reminded via a text message about the arrival time window (9 am - 9:30 am) and I was told the names of the team members who would be cleaning. I knew that the landlord of the property would have to let them into the home as we were leaving town with the moving truck by 8 am or so. The communication was thorough from Jose and his team of Keeps Clean and they did a total walk-through of the property with the landlord asking for her input and telling her what they expected to do. They gave her an estimated time of completion so she could come back to see the work completed. They also called her when they were done and the landlord was very pleased with their work. She says she will most likely use them for future jobs as needed. As for me, I am a mom who did not want to have to help clean the place my daughter was leaving but we have a standard of cleanliness in our family and I wanted to pay a reliable company to get the job done at a fair price. Jose and his team came through on all counts! Turn to no one else in the Triangle Area of Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill. Keeps Clean does it right and does it for a great rate with excellent communication and on-time arrival. I was communicated with every step of the way - from booking to almost arriving to the job is done to an invoice after the cleaning was complete. Everything quite tech savvy and able to be done all online. LOVE THIS company!

It was missing pieces when it arrived and had none of the features we'd discussed. The portion we received was in fact arched, but without any of the decorative molding features we'd paid for. We had held up our project for them, and what we got was totally unusable. They seemed pleased to have taken our money but uninterested in making things right. After much back and forth with an unsympathetic customer guy, they eventually refunded just a portion of our money. In the end, we're out over $800 with zero to show for it. If you're in the market for something like this, I strongly counsel against working with them. Here's a list of alternatives. We used the first one, which was far cheaper and far better, but I share my list in hopes that it might be of use to others, and serve to reward more honest businesspeople. https://www.amazon.com/FLEXTRIM-445-Flexible-Molding-Diameter/dp/B07MFW4QCY/ https://kofflersales.com/product/paintable-wood-grain-small-moldings https://www.tiloindustries.com/ https://woodmastertools.com/curved-molding-production-secrets-from-the-1-curved-molding-shop-in-america/ https://www.archwaysandceilings.com/collections/archway-kits https://www.curvedtrim.com/
