I was over to Lowe's to design the drainage system myself. I now have a grey concrete strip across a white concrete sidewalk I guess because grey concrete was $2 a bag cheaper. Repeated entreaties to correct his errors go answered though he assured me he would remedy the situation. His bid was lower, but clearly he cares nothing for the quality of his work. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
