Tony takes great pride in understanding a project and making thoughtful recommendations to bring it to life. In my case, this involved refurbishing an old cottage through extensive exterior carpentry repairs and a fresh coat of paint. It was the attention to detail--from replacing window latches and panes to repairing stucco and rafter tails--that truly made the difference. Tony took charge of these essential repairs, ensuring the home was properly restored.

After finalizing design and cost work began and project completed in record time. Tony and his staff were there when they said they would be on site. Progress status with photos provided daily and except for a weather delay all the work was done as promised. Tony is very knowledgeable, as I've been around construction my entire work career I am impressed with the quality of his work. It's excellent quality. Things could not have been any better. Excellent work, excellent people.

I have nothing but praise for CHI and their team. Our home suffered water damage from a roof leak…read more The two story front entrance to our living room had to be torn out, the carpet was ruined, walls required full renovation and flloors needed stripping/re-staining through the entire downstairs. To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. Stacy and the CHI team were remarkably honest, straightforward and made the insurance claims process a breeze. They made what could have been very stressful quite manageable. Even our insurance agency's adjustor complimented that CHI really knew what they were doing. They preserved as much of the wall that they could, worked quickly on the emergency repairs and drying process, and then renovated the room so that it ended up looking better than ever. All of the work teams were professional, efficient and talented. Even more, the other contractors that provided us estimates overestimated and made it seem like we needed more work done. CHI was very straightforward and conscious of our financial situation. I felt like we were in very good hands throughout. I highly recommend this vendor with no hesitations and have already referred a friend who was also very satisfied. Whether you have an emergency repair or new construction/renovation needs, CHI will impress.

I have been trying to get someone to come by and assess the issues and formulate a solution, this has not happen. I went by the office and made them aware of the problems (3) weeks ago, I received one phone call after I phone contacted then a week after the office visit telling me that they were very busy and would get back to me, that was (2) weeks ago and they are very close to my house, (5 minutes away) going by the office this morning, wish me luck.

It was obvious throughout that he cared little for quality of his work. I quickly surmised this and oversaw all of it. He consistently sought to cut corners. I was over to Lowe's to design the drainage system myself. I now have a grey concrete strip across a white concrete sidewalk I guess because grey concrete was $2 a bag cheaper. Repeated entreaties to correct his errors go answered though he assured me he would remedy the situation. His bid was lower, but clearly he cares nothing for the quality of his work. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
