Jose was on time for the quote, professional, and actually went up on the roof to access damage (unlike other companies). He provided insurance/licensing information quickly. Jose came out the next day to do the repair because he wanted to repair it before it rained in the open roof. He and his crew worked quickly, did extra length of roof cap that they found was loose, and didn't charge extra. In very short order, he had a team at the house and in a single day had completed work. It was so well done that I used them to install gutters on top of the roof work, which was equally as flawless. He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

They have repaired plywood that was not appropriate for roofing. They found a hole for venting an exhaust fan that was covered over by plywood. You stated you would be there at my home when the redo of the roof was done. You weren't. My current carpenters did the job and had gotten paid , and who knows when I will need them again in the future for restorative work roof or otherwise. They did their job and did it well. I've learned a fine lesson from this, research and ask numerous people for decent contractors. As for the owner of Elite, you eventually have to answer to a higher power. I've taken pictures, but they will stay with me. My carpenters did their job , and am proud of the work they did.
