I scheduled an ablation procedure with Dr. Brenner after my initial consultations, with the…read moreappointment set nearly two months in advance. On the day of the procedure, I arrived at 6 a.m. after driving an hour, having taken the required pre‑procedure medications to dilate my cervix, which caused significant discomfort and bleeding. When I checked in, I was told the procedure would not be performed because Dr. Brenner had decided to go on vacation. The office claimed they had tried to call me but could not leave a voicemail. Despite having my email address and several weeks to notify me, they never emailed, mailed a letter, or attempted any other form of communication. The staff that morning was dismissive and showed little empathy for the situation, especially considering the preparation involved. They also offered no assistance in helping me recover the anesthesia deposit I had already paid to the third‑party provider. Based on this experience, I found the practice to be unprofessional and unreliable. I would not feel comfortable trusting them with future care.

I scheduled a weight loss consultation at this wellness clinic and had to pay $40 upfront to hold…read morethe appointment. Right from the start, I didn't get any confirmation email or call, so I called them myself. The staff member who answered was a bit dismissive and just said my appointment was confirmed and I should get a text--never got one. When I showed up for my appointment, the whole place gave me an uneasy vibe. A man came out of a dark room asking why I was there, and a woman (she was a staff member) in a bright pink outfit just stood in the hallway without even looking at me. When I told the man about my appointment, he looked surprised and confused. The woman brushed it off, saying something about a 4:30pm appointment and it being too early (it was 4:20pm) He handed me paperwork and asked me to fill it out, but I felt so uncomfortable and the place felt off--like a scam or something. I didn't fill anything out and just left. Afterward, they kept calling me nonstop, so I had to block their number. Definitely not a place I'd recommend.
