Sad. Friday of last week, I went to their office and made an appointment for an estimate at my home for Tuesday morning, 7:30 to 8:30 am. I took off work, waited over an hour - no show, no call. I called their office on my way to work at 8:45. I was told they double booked, and the office person was too busy to call me and let me know. Extremely inconsiderate of the (lost) customer. If they can't even make a first of the day quote appointment, how can I expect them to meet any scheduled appointments or times to do the work? read more

Consider other options. Took them forever to do my project from contract to completion. Had to call multiple times to check on status. Understand that the pandemic halted supply and shipping, but there was no communication from beginning to end. Clean up happened two days after and they left a pile of removed sod, dirt and materials in the corner of my lot which spilled onto the neighbors property. We had Elite Pavers estimate for the pool deck area, two sidewalks along the edge of the house, and the driveway. We picked a color at their office demo. While the job was late starting due to equipment issues with manufacturing, once started, the job finished in 5 days. The crew was very professional, knew their jobs, and executed a beautiful, quality job. All of this from a reasonable price. Many positive comments were received from the neighborhood. The problem with these guys is lack of professionalism and poor work quality. We paved our entire driveway for $30K. The supervisor showed up only at demolition stage several times. After that he did not bother to show up at all. A crew of foreign workers who poorly spoke English or no English at all were left to their own devices most of the time. As a result, I couldn't but be with them all the time trying to do my best for guiding them. But it was only as much as I could do. The pavers were handled extremely carelessly which resulted in about 20% broken or damaged because of that. They just wasted and threw them away to the dumpster. I tried to bring that to the attention of the supervisor to no avail. On my request they tried to repair their doing ordering yet more pavers which was not enough to fix all the pavers damaged. When they did repair, they used two screwdrivers to pick up damaged pavers only to do damage to the neighboring pavers thus producing even more damage. So in the end we decided to stop the "repairing" to save the driveway as is. They also did a lot of damage to the surrounding lawn, the damage that could have been easily avoided had they been real professionals. When I tried to bring the problems to the attention of the supervisor Jerry, he mostly ignored me and after a while just stopped responding at all. I also asked for unbroken spare pavers several times to no avail. Of course, why to bother if everything is already paid in full. We had a very frustrating experience with these guys. read more

I had my driveway done last year. Two of the pavers have popped up out of the ground. I called now 4 times and they have never got back to me in two weeks. Also every time I call now no one answers so I hid my number on my cell to be private and they answered what a coincidence. They have still yet to fix the issues or called back as promised! I would never recommend them for customer service if you have problems but the work they did originally is very good looking it just didn't last long. read more

Do not use this company. Paved our driveway and walkway and got the pitch wrong so water runs to the door. Never even considered the level of the adjacent lawn till after the fact. Lawn ended up 8" higher than driveway. When we questioned the pitch, the became very combative. They have been banned from our community. read more

This is a great company with great people. Elite Pavers did our back patio and extended our driveway on each side. They gave us the best quote out of 4 local paver companies and were the only ones who followed up with us after giving us our quote. We will defintiely be back to have them do more work for us. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they not install my pavers correctly. After they sealed them they left my slider tracks fill of sand to the point that I couldn't even open them because the sealer sealed them closed. BUYER BEWARE. CROOKS LIARS AND CHEATS. And on top of that I didn't even get the sealer I wanted. I wanted super shiny they gave me a natural or something which doesn't even look good Over priced and won't even deliver what you ordered. read more
