I have been going there for almost three years and always had a great experience until the past two times I always go in for a spa pedicure with gel and typically pay 60 for the spa pedicure and ten up charge for gel but today they charged me $90! I asked why and they said due to the gel. The pedicure was done very backwards. She painted my toes before anything then put my freshly painted feet back into the water to then do the callous treatment which was rushed and done not well and it's supposed to include massage with hot stones which she didn't use the stones on me. She shaped my nails nicely but didn't clean under them. I was left bleeding last time and now this I will not be back. Not to mention after seeing they don't clean their tools properly. read more

I have been going to Elite Nails for fifteen years, but left when the original owners did. I have tried three times in the last few months to get both manicures and pedicures there, but have been very disappointed. Today I asked for navy nail polish and they said they didn't have it. I looked myself and found the color, however, I didn't realize it was thick and old. Now my pedicure is smudged after an hour of letting it dry because it was thick. I went for a manicure a few months ago, and the tech cut so hard my cuticle was bleeding. She is no longer there. I don't know if the tools were sterilized, they werent in the a sealed package. I've been going here for years and was happy there. Always tip more than 20% on everything. New people are not good and actually lied about doing my nails that peeled after 6 days. Rachel told manager that Gina did them when I arrived to have them fixed. She finished my new manicure with a nice cut on my cuticle that bled all the way home. This was the perfect last pedicure of 2021. It has been years since I've last been to Elite Nails and I'm once again reminded why I used to love it so much! They do an incredible job, are priced well, and give an pretty amazing foot & leg massage. Win-win-win. My mom and I stopped in on an afternoon the week before the new year and I couldn't believe we actually got an appointment. We chose our colors, sat in chairs next to each other, but not anyone else, and had two great pedicures. The basic pedicure was $30 plus tip and a week later I still have no chips. Besides that, they took their time with a great foot and leg rub (probably about 5 minutes long) which was so nice my mom drifted off to sleep for a a bit. The short little shoulder massage when we sat down at the dryers was also pretty wonderful. As soon as we left my mom mentioned that this would be her new go to place. I called Elite Nails to see if they could get me in for an appointment for Gel Tips with French Manicure & a pedicure last minute. They told me I could come right in and were able to accommodate me even though they were busy. Eunice did my manicure and she did an incredible job! I asked for the oval shape and she really took her time making them absolutely perfect like the picture I showed her. They look so classic and beautiful! I am so impressed! I will certainly be back. I had a lovely experience! It was recommended to me by my Mom and a good friend of hers. Very clean (they change pedicure bag inserts for each client) and efficient. My pedicure and led gel manicure were completed in 45 minutes (!) all while I relaxed in the pedicure chair. I can see why it's so popular and will definitely return. read more

I opted for the basic pedicure which was only 25 but also there was leg massage and also neck massage built in, which was a nice surprise! I went in for waxing and the lady wasn't even wearing gloves. The wax was too cold so it wasn't working so she kept waxing the same area over and over which damages the skin. Although this place is literally 2 minutes from my home, I never tried it out until about a month ago, and I can honestly tell you, I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! They're very efficient, but you never feel like you're being rushed at all. The nail polish selection is also fantastic may I add, one of the BEST I've seen (from high end nail places to small ones like this). They also make an effort to have the newest Opi and Essie collections for use. I'm all about keeping up with the latest color trends, so this is a MAJOR perk in my book. The salon is in a little strip mall. I was so surprised when i walked in and saw the cute decor. There were so many stations and a full staff all working on someone. No matter the time of day, there are always clients there. The nail polish selection is also fantastic. There were so many colors, and all looked new. I get so grossed out when I go to a salon and their nail polish looks like it's been around for years. The salon is very clean, and all the workers are really friendly. I love getting my pedicure here. They use these hot stones for a basic pedicure and it's so relaxing. While you are getting your nails dried, someone comes and gives you a mini back massage. It's a little out of the way from my house, but worth the trip. I'd rather get a great pedicure in a nice, relaxing environment. read more

This is by far the best pedicure and gel manicure I have ever gotten. It's my second time and it was very consistent. I got the aroma pedicure with the ten minute massage and the gel polish manicure for a total of $70 which was very reasonable for all that they do! I haven't been this impressed with a standard local nail salon in quite some time. I called ahead to make a reservation for a late Friday afternoon, and while not required, I'm glad I did! The place was packed. Like, every chair in the salon packed. I sat down for my mani/pedi combo and had a very adequate and well done job. Currently, there is a $32 for mani/pedi combo deal, not sure if that's the standard or if it is a special that will retire some day, but it is a decent price. The basic pedicure is just that-basic. It included a short massage and hot stone rub, but not much beyond that basics, which is exactly what I needed and was looking for. The upgraded versions (spa pedicure, etc) were much pricier and much more involved. The woman next to me must've been there for at least 30 minutes and was getting a whole callus thing. Seems like if you want to be very pampered, they can do that here as well. The manicure was also adequate and very well done. I'm honestly on day 4 and just had a tiny chip show up, which is pretty rare for me for a standard polish manicure. No frills, no extras, no pressure for special add ons. I appreciated that the technician took her time to look at all my nails at the end to make sure there were no smudges or other defects. I was in and out in an hour, which was great. I really appreciated the huge huge wall of colors to select from, and the incredibly friendly and welcome nature of the staff, especially the man who seemed to be the manager/owner at the front desk. I am not someone who gets regular nail treatments, but when I choose to give myself that extra pampering session I'll be sure to make this a top spot in my book. read more

They are extremely ineffective in relaying prices to customers. I walked in expecting the advertised $30 mani/pedi special. She asked if I would like to add anything, ADD, being the operative word. Apparently by add they meant oh no you got something different and instead of the extra $5 add on I asked for that will be $50. i've been in the area since Dec 2015 and this is the 4th salon i've gone to for a gel manicure and pedicure....some of the other salons tried to use a "cheese grater" on my feet....which i didn't allow.....needless to say i never went back to them. Here at Elite, i did a callus pedicure since my feet had real bad callus on them and they came out of there with them feeling and looking new......OMG i found heaven in Lisa for the feet and Hannah for the nails............i will def go back next time trying their spa pedicure...they may be a little higher than the others but you do pay for what you get. read more

The cost for a gel manicure is $30 which I think is average for the area and cheaper than the other nail salon in Whitehouse. They do spend a little more time on your nails than most places. They will trim your cuticles, use a hot towel, and give a two minute massage. I also like that they don't use an electric nail filer to get the gel off of your nails. read more

My regular place was too busy for me so today was my first time at Elite. I will absolutely return! My reasons? 1.) Friendliness. I tried to call shortly after 9:00. (Yelp says they open at 9:00 a.m.). No answer, so I decided to stop in. I got there just before 10:00 a.m. and it turns out they open at 10. Immediately I was welcomed and I asked if I could schedule a pedi. He told me to pick a color. I picked one and sat down. Just then most of the employees entered, all with a cheery "good morning!" 2.) Cleanliness. They use the plastic liners in the foot tub which is fantastic. I am easily grossed out and have had issues in the past, contracting a bacteria from a busy nail salon. 3.) A beautiful pedicure. The regular includes a stone massage and afterwards a shoulder massage. Aaaah! Perfect. I left with a smile. 4.) Price was $25 for the regular pedi. Very reasonable for a great job. I got a gel mani and regular pedicure and after I had gotten my toes done I went to get my nails done and the woman doing my nails (I forgot to ask her name) left me sitting in the chair for a good 20 minutes to wax a woman's eyebrows. The only reason this is getting a star is because my toes came out alright. I go to this place all the time because it is so close to me but I think I will be looking for a new salon. I was in there today for a gel pedicure, with 4 other woman who had regular polish pedi's but my nail tech took 1.5 hours to the pedicure! Not even a specialty pedicure and then I was charged $45 for this pedicure because gel is an additional $20! I'm sorry I normally don't come here and I pay $35 have a quicker yet more in-depth pedicure a better massage and sweeter employees! I WILL not be back! Was a huge rip off. We had a party of 8 people getting manis/pedis (with an appointment) for a wedding and Elite got us all done in about an hour. Everyone was happy with their nails! I appreciated the little things...my back was bothering me from the cross country flight and I found the massage chair a little uncomfortable. My manicurist noticed me squirm, asked me if I was okay and scurried to the back to get a memory foam pillow to support my back. It made such a difference and I was really impressed with her care and attention. One of the other bridesmaids asked for a color close to the one she chose for her nails but a little less transparent for her toes, and they nailed it! (pun intended). First off I walked in and about 5 employees saw me and all just stared at me and then went back to what they were doing. 2 of them weren't even with people and they were just playing on their phones. Upon first looking around and the people being rude I still was going to give the place a chance because I thought maybe it was just a bad day for them. Who knows. But the place was gross. They have pig faces and weird painting on the wall in waiting seat area. Then she told me for just an acrylic set would be between $50-$60!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!?!?!??! Never in my life would I pay that!! That's also the cheapest kind of set you can get out of all the other choices. Then, she has had the audacity to tell me if I wanted them painted with a gel nail polish that it was an extra $20!!!!!! Are u kidding me !?!?! I literally thought she was kidding. So I said never mind, this place is definitely not worth the prices they want to charge. This nail salon is the best one that I have ever been to in my life! The staff treat their customers with utter respect and they always make sure that you are satisfied. I have never received a bad pedi/mani from here and this is the only place that I go to for waxing. The pedis & manis last for well over a week with no chipping and I always get compliments. I got a full set from Elite on a couple of occasions and their work is truly incredible. After returning from Europe my acrylics were a disaster; however, Katy from Elite noticed this and fixed them to perfection! The owner is the nicest man and converses with me each time I walk into the salon about my life--and he always seems to remember what I tell him! One of the best things about this salon is that they always have a rack of the newest OPI nail polish collections! They always have a collection for whatever popular movie is coming out (now being 50 shades of Grey and Into the Woods) and it's so great to constantly have new shades to choose from! This is a review only for a fill. I went in hoping to get a backfill and they couldn't do it, so I just got a fill. I told the women not to change the shape of my nails (I like them squared) and she rounded them out. Secondly, I was in there over 1.5 hours (for again, just a fill). The people in there were nice, but I wasn't happy with my nails. The women didn't do a good job and I had two break within a week of going in. They are pricier than what I am used to.
