    we visited the St. Cloud FL store for a phone transfer and fix, we enter the store and a rep…read more Danielle attends us, she seems like she cannot figure out the problem with the phone (since we started with a rep over the phone and had to go in person for the fix) she then says that we need to do the phone update from IPhone so that that phone can work....there is a another rep in the store Joseph, he steps in to assist, and Danielle says the phone needs an update, so she wants to send us home to do the update she says takes like 40 min to reboot, and then come back (we live in kissimmee), so no we were not going back home since we needed the phone to work (for us its a neccesity) Joseph proceeds to assists, while Danielle picks up a personal call on her phone and starts joking and talking on her phone in front of us, while Joseph , took all less than 10 min to assist us, fix my phone, and tend to a client on his phone for maybe 5 seconds, and continue to fix my phone. Joseph was certainly most professional and quick and eager to help a client in need and knew exactly what the phone needed and no update was required to complete the transaction....meanwhile Danielle stepped out the store and continued her unprofessionalism and personal conversation outside the store....with still one hour and a half left on the clock for the store to close....THANK YOU JOSEPH FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING CS AND ATTENTION TO DETAI!!!!!! YOU DESERVE 10 STARS ALONE!!!!

    Me and my husband called ahead of time today to ask if they had the iPhone 15 in stock, the man…read morethat answered, Michael said they only have 1 pro in black the rest are back ordered. So we drove from Kissimmee to St Cloud to this store waited as there were a few people ahead of us, no big deal. It's our turn we sit down and he goes over the phone options, looks at our account we need to pay off the phone we currently have $403 to upgrade I ASKED HIM since he's looking at my account if after paying it off will we need to pay anymore or any money down on the new phone HE SAID NO only the activation tax and any accessories. Ok, great, we pay the money. He then starts going over trade in value and if we want to trade the phone in, he says it's worth $880 it will show up after 3 statements blah blah blah. We decided to keep the phone because it doesn't make that much of a difference on the bill to us monthly. So we are finishing it and he said you only get $1000 per line for devices so you will owe $109 additional too my husband takes out the money he says oops now it's saying $114 ok so he pulls out another $5. Then he, Michael says his computer logged out he has to log back in he pulls out account back up and says now it says they need $950 down for the phone. I explained to him if I only get $1000 per line since that phone is payed off it should free up an additional $1000 correct and that if it was the case it would of showed that beforehand not AFTER we paid the phone off. I said you told us since you were looking there was nothing additional only the $403. I said I'd like my $403 back since we aren't going to give $1500 for a $1100 phone PLUS trade in a phone so a total of $2200 in cash and phones for a $1100 phone!!!! A JOKE. He told me that I can't get that back, so I asked him to call Verizon and he said Verizon won't do anything for me either. He was the BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST I have ever met. How do you work at Verizon and you are able to see my account and know about upgrades but can see any of this? So I walked out and called Verizon on my way home where they were able to see that I do have an upgrade and are overnighting the phone to me. I have never felt so scammed in my life. Michael should be ashamed of himself. He was so careful to hold a black light to my license for 5 minutes making sure it was a real ID and flipping through a booklet to make sure my license was real and then asking us to pay half of the $109 on a card in case any of this comes back as fraud the whole time he was defrauding us!!! Needless to say he was reported to Verizon, and whether or not they actually do anything about him I'll do what I can.

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.

    Update !…read more Thank you for your response. I need to correct several inaccuracies in your statement. First, when my dad returned on February 12, he was told the issue was caused by the phone being dropped. At no point during that visit was "water damage" mentioned. Now you are introducing a completely different explanation. Changing the cause of damage from "physical drop" to "water damage" raises serious concerns about the consistency of your assessment. Second, I personally received the phone on February 11 -- not my father. The device was not "fully tested in front of us" as you stated. There was no detailed inspection of the camera, Face ID, or internal components in front of me. In fact, I had to remind your staff to return my phone case, which they initially did not give back. That same night, while charging, the phone shut off and the display never worked again, although sound and alarms were still functioning. This indicates a likely internal issue, not external damage. I also still have the screen that was removed. There was no water exposure. The phone was not dropped. I have owned this device for years without internal failure, and these issues occurred immediately after your repair. Additionally, the main camera stopped focusing right after the service, and there was clearly a loose component moving inside the camera module -- something that did not exist before. Both phones that received battery replacements at your store are now overheating significantly as well. The problems began immediately after your intervention. That is not coincidence. I am again requesting a refund for the services performed. I am open to resolving this respectfully, but I cannot accept responsibility for issues that arose directly after your repair -- especially when the explanation keeps changing. On February 11, my dad went to the store -- just so there is no claim that we were never there. I brought in an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a cracked back glass to have it replaced and decided to also change the battery at the same time. My dad had his battery replaced as well and purchased a screen protector for a new phone. That same night, while my 12 Pro Max was plugged in charging, it suddenly shut off. The screen never turned back on, although the phone still had sound -- my alarm went off the next morning. On February 12, my dad returned to the store to report the issue. He was told that I must have dropped the phone and that the damage was my fault. That is completely false. I had used this phone for years without any internal issues, and the malfunction happened immediately after your repair. Because we were scheduled to leave for a cruise that same day, my dad had to leave quickly. Once we were already on the ship, we realized the main camera would not focus. When moving the phone, you could clearly see something loose moving inside the camera module -- something that was absolutely not present before your service. In addition, both phones that had battery replacements done at your store now overheat excessively, which raises serious concerns about the quality of the work performed. At this point, I am formally requesting a full refund for the services provided. Three separate services were paid for, and all three resulted in new problems that did not exist prior to your intervention. I do not live in the United States and had to return to my country without a proper resolution, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I expect a prompt response regarding my refund. And if there is any claim that my dad was never there, I do have the business card of one of your employees who personally asked us to leave a review. Until this is resolved, I strongly advise others not to bring their devices to this location. Based on our experience, the workmanship was careless and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.
