Great service. They explain everything to you in details. They do a full service oil change exactly like any Mercedes dealership but at a lot less than the dealership . And no pressure to do anything additional. Just honest recommendations. Great value. I definitely recommend them. read more

Raymond was great! He got my service done quickly and was very professional and helpful. Even when I had questions about things he doesn't work on, he still took the time to give me advice and answer my calls. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him! read more

I came here to have work done on my 2012 E350 Cabriolet years ago to get it ready for my son to drive. It's been 3 years since Ray replaced my alternator and I haven't had any issues since. This is the only shop I trust my Mercedes to. read more

Great service all around. Inspired confidence and credibility. Going here from now on

Elite Mercedes was professional, personable and easy to communicate with. The mechanics are Mercedes factory trained. The owner originally worked for Mercedes dealership. They did a great job on time up for my car and the job was done in a timely manner. I used to take my car to the dealership. Now that I found Elite Mercedes, I'm switching to them for servicing my car. read more

Sent my family spare car for oil change last week. Very pleased with their receiving team for their courtesy and professionalism in explaining details of the routine checkup. I received almost instant update via a live webcam on their various stages of servicing and safety checkup. Really impressed by their derailed report with priority on necessary servicing of my car down the road. Worth the bucks for a routine oil change complimentary with a detailed mechanical inspection with photos and service attentions. Well done ! read more

Elite Mercedes is a reputable shop that I would strongly recommend. Raymond and his team work with high quality and good value. Whether it's a repair or a regular service requested, he always spends time to explain his work to the owner. read more

Service is great and Raymond is very helpful and very honest. Reasonable price. Will definitely recommend

I brought my 2005 Mercedes C55 to Elite Mercedes to have an oil leak repaired. Raymond and his team identified the source of the leak (rear crankshaft seal) and made the repairs in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Raymond is very knowledgeable and helpful - he explained the repair process before hand and then showed me all of the old parts that were replaced during the repair. I am very satisfied with Elite Mercedes service, quality and helpful staff and would recommend them to others. read more

Very professional. Raymond and Roger always provide excellent service. I've been bringing my cars here since a friend recommended them to me. Excellent job! read more

Great experience with this shop. Raymond and his team were very attentive and took the time to diagnose a microphone issue, keeping me updated throughout. No pushy upselling--just honest, knowledgeable service, especially when it came to Mercedes warranties and system updates. They also took care of small details like replacing my key fob battery and fixing a loose cover. So glad to have found a trustworthy local place! read more

Been looking for a honest Mercedes' shop to take my wife's car for repairs and we have finally found the one! A++ for customer service and turn around time. My wife's car needed various items repaired: transmission mount, front control arms, rear main seal, cam cover seals, SRS Issues and driver side seat module issue. All of this was done for a reasonable and fair price. Raymond even took the time to show us all the parts that he and his team replaced/repaired and where they were worn out at. No other shop that I have taken this car to, has taken the time to do that. I will definitely be coming back here any of my Mercedes' needs. read more

Elite Mercedes - They even took the time to wash our car! ***** - Auto Repair Near Me - Milpitas, California

They listed the services they are not actually provide on their Website, which isn't a way to do business...

Fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Raymon and his team provided excellent customer service as well as work on my C43. Brought my car in to get my brakes replaced with OEM brakes (they don't offer aftermarket, understandable). Turns out I only needed to replace my rears. They notified me about a leaking strut and that it was actually covered under the factory warranty if I took the car into the dealership. It's the small details that matter. Wish I went here sooner! I'll be coming here for the rest of my maintenance for as long as I have my car. read more

Been here twice. Great customer service, quick, and honest. Came here for several services needed for my Mercedes.

I took my Mercedes S500 to see Raymond for fixing door lock problems . He is professional and knows my car very well and fixed the problems. It is a stress free service. He also checked under hood and battery. no charge. I appreciate Roger for courtesy shuttle service as well. Overall an exceptional professional service and I have recommended my neighbor to see him too. Steven s read more

This place is absolutely wonderful! Elite Mercedes - S63 AMG, W222 - Auto Repair Near Me - Milpitas, California

Raymond and his team were great! We had a transmission issue and ended up in "limp" mode. Being somewhat new to the Milpitas area, we used Yelp to help in finding a mechanic in the area that could work on Mercedes cars. Our usual mechanic being in Mt. View wasn't an option as it would been too far to drive to and didn't want to have it towed there. Luckily we found Elite Mercedes Service & Repair! Raymond was easy to work with and very informative about what needed to be done and why, he was patient with our questions and concerns, since it was a relatively expensive repair (rebuilt Mercedes transmission and computer). He understood that we needed to review our options and was helpful in keeping us informed. They even helped get some gum/road tar off the car, along with a quick car wash! These guys are highly recommended if your in the area, responsive, patient, trustworthy, and nice! We love supporting small, local businesses in the area and they've won a repeat customer. read more

Itemized explanation of work performed and labor time. Raymond voluntarily showed me the replaced parts and explained why replacement was necessary. Fairly priced and just great service all around. I highly recommend Elite Mercedes. read more

Place charged me $175 for servicing my vehicle which i think is a pretty fair price considering what others are chargin out there ($250 or more). Raymond is a straight shooter and will tell u what u do or dont need. Hell also give you advice on what service he can do to save you money. The guy even let me use his wifi while i was waitin for my vehicle The only negative is that he forgot to top off my windshield wiper fluid. My vehicle did indicate that it needed for fluid and when i got it back that indicator was still on. Since its not a huge deal, ill give em a pass. By the way, they even give ur a car a courtesy wash if theres time! read more

So I've been taking my Mercedes to the Mercedes Fletcher Jones dealership for the last 10 years and my dad started to go see Raymond a few years ago and has tried to persuade me to switch from a Mercedes dealership to Elite Mercedez. I had my reservations because I'm loyal to the dealership, but I felt like the last few times they were over servicing my car. I took my car in today. They do have a long wait so I would recommend booking your appointment in advance and Raymond helped me with my brakes and inspected the issue. He Let me know it was just the sensor and nothing more. I'm so grateful I found this business thanks to my Dad! He is genuinely honest. I am going to start taking my car here moving forward because it's so hard to find a place that is loyal, and honest to their customers, especially when I rely on the business to tell me what I need to do for my car as I have no idea what types of services are needed for my Mercedes. I'm glad that I found a new home for all my future Mercedes services and I'll be recommending them to a few of my girlfriends that own Mercedes as well! read more

My C300 starts leaking green fluid from the bottom of the engine bay suddenly. Since I had a service maintenance six months ago, I asked Raymond and his staff to check it out. He explained to me that there is no sign of any leakage from any seal. The transmission fluid might have been over-filled from last service. Once the temperature gets hot, it spills out from the relief valve. Please note that the last service for changing my transmission fluid was performed at a local Mercedes Benz dealership. Raymond drains out the fluid and refill it with the correct amount and clean out the bottom. The service charge is more than reasonable. I will continue to use Elite Mercedes. Thank you. read more

Very friendly, very timely, and very professional. I have driven Mercedes vehicles for the last 20 plus years and know when I find a good, reliable mechanic to stick with them. I recently bought a 2006 Mercedes CLS 55 AMG. I bought it, as is from Autobahn Motors in SF. First thing I did upon buying is looking for a reputable mechanic to give it a once over. Raymond came highly recommended from some friends of mine plus great reviews on Yelp. I decided to stop by Elite Mercedes and see what was needed to get my new dream car up and running in tip top shape. Raymond worked his magic with the dealer codes and gave me a list of 5 or 6 items that needed to be taken care of. He gave me a reasonable quote for maintenance type items that needed to be done. Oil, tranny, brake fluid, and an air filter. Upon further work he noticed the head gasket was leaking from low usage from the previous owner. He called and let me know what needed to be done and let me know that we should do it. I didn't hesitate to get it done. He only charged me for the air filter but not the labor and he also found a spark plug with a broken tip. He replaced that as well and didn't charge me for it. Most mechanics would take that opportunity to charge you for these items. He also erased the adaptive driving so the car would learn how I drive free of charge. He's earned my business for life. My car is running at peak performance and I feel like he takes his reputation to heart when most mechanics look to take advantage of people. Thanks again Raymond! See you in 10,000 miles. read more

These guys are expensive, but they are cheaper than the dealer, very professional and do good work. I used them to fix my AC, my starter relay, and my intake manifold on my 2000 430 SE. $4000 so far this year. That's more than the car is worth. Can't complain about the quality of the work. Now one of my suspension sensors need replacing - another $1k. I think I'm going to buy a Toyota. :) read more

The only place you'll ever take your Mercedes! They do such a beautiful job! I put off taking my car in because I knew it was going to be expensive and my list was a mile long. This morning I called Elite Mercedes to get a quote on shocks for my Mercedes. Ray Answered and said he could not give me a quote on shocks unless he could look at the car. I explained that I just had a total knee replacement and it is hard for me to drive the car back and forth, and asked for a ballpark quote. He said he could not, I would need to bring it down. So, post op knee replacement I drive my car down there. He advised me that he can set an appointment to look at my car next week. What?! I asked him why he didn't tell me an appointment would be required on the phone when I called instead of saying I would need to bring it down? Insane! He says well maybe I can drive the car around the block, I said great here and tossed him the keys. Then he says no, I'm not going to drive it. Fine, I picked up my keys and headed out the door and said, "You are the worst and I will write you a review!" He said, "Good! Go ahead!" Then he follows me out to my car to take pictures of me and my car! What a psycho! Never in my years of dealing with auto mechanics have I ever run into someone as unprofessional and rude as Ray at Elite Mercedes! I highly recommend you stay away from this mechanic. read more

I've been bringing my car here for various issues and each time I get excellent results and services from Raymond and his crew. My last service is to have my headlights changed to brighter ones. It would take a couple of hours to do, so Roger gladly dropped me off to a nearby mall then picked me up again when the car was finished. My headlights are now brighter and safer for me to drive at night. Thank you again Raymond for your expertise and professionalism and kindness! read more

Best service ever!!! Raymond and his crew really know what they're doing and they really do provide amazing service. I brought my car in for a major maintenance a few months ago and they were able to give me my car back in a few hours with my car all clean and washed! At the dealership this would probably take all day and maybe even up to two days to complete. Not to mention that they charge you a ridiculous amount of money when I could just bring my car here for a third of the dealership price. This time my service light came on and I just had to go in for a routine oil change. I gave Raymond a call and he actually remembered me from my first visit! I was very impressed. I came in during my lunch break and he said they could finish it in 45 minutes but I decided to come pick it up later so they could take their time. My car was ready about an hour later so I just picked it up after I got off work. They don't try to get you to pay for all these other unnecessary services, which is refreshing since most places usually tell you that you need to replace all these parts and pay a buttload of money for repairs. The services are all very quick and the prices are reasonable. They mainly work on Mercedes but they also service Lexus and BMWs. One of the partners works as a technician at Lexus so I trust they know their way around my Lexus :) read more

Elite Mercedes is the Best of the Best!!! It's my first time here and I don't think I can trust anyone else to service my car after my beyond satisfaction experience on their work they performed to my C300 for ESL replacement. Not only they fixed the car so quick, they made sure the car is perfect condition (Since I just bought the car and I have no knowledge about it) , they replaced all the bulbs, changed remote batteries and even washed the car for me. Who does that? And Best of all..They gave a very good discount! Thank you Raymond, Hein and Roger! I salute you Elite! read more

I have a fear of being conned by independent auto mechanics, so I have been bringing my car to the dealership. I was happy with my former adviser until the most recent guy took management of my car maintenance. He was not personable, business only, and at times, breaks out condescending smirks when I negotiate for the price. I understand, it's Mercedes-Benz. When you own one, prepare for a hefty budget for maintenance. However, as a mindful consumer, I need to be wise with my hard-earned money. Now, what is wrong with that? Simply, nothing. As a result, I researched and stumbled upon Elite Mercedes in Yelp. I prayed this auto mechanic is honest and dedicated to helping others. Thank God, the reviews were as accurate as it can be; Raymond is an honest man. He used to work as a mechanic at a nearby dealership, which makes him and his crew knowledgeable on anything about MB cars. Now, where to begin? First, call for an appointment. It is best to plan your time ahead so you'll know if you need a ride to your office or home nearby. Peets coffee is also not a bad place to hang out since they provide free wifi (Peets should pay Raymond). Also, take note that when you reach the Minnis Circle, turn right. The shop is next to the FilAm Auto Shop, so drive in that parking lot. Lastly, thank you Raymond, for your dedication and passion in helping others. Thank you for keeping my family safe and ensure that we will enjoy our MB for many years. read more
