Katie provides super effective and customized workouts that are always fresh and new in a way that is instructional and attentive. I never thought I'd be one that knows how to lift weights and swing kettle bells, it's so fun! What I mean by instructional is that she takes the time to explain and demonstrate each exercise. Then while you do them she watches you focusing on your movements and then provides just the right amount of feedback (not too much talking or pushing nor too little). What I've also experienced is that Katie knows exactly what to say and WHEN to say it such as "one more to go" or "C'mon Stephanie you got this" when I start questioning myself - she just knows! Katie is exceptionally professional in regard to scheduling, time management, engaging with you on setting goals and tracking your progress along the way...it's a service that has been such a treat. Katie is the first trainer I've ever worked with and has truly changed my life. I started my journey with her almost a year ago with a need to regain energy and lose weight. I had reached a point that I was tired of trying to climb back on my "roller coaster" of being healthy again on my own. I needed someone to help me stay excited and honestly to get results in order to jump start a lifestyle of building both my mental and physical strength. Katie has met this need and taught me what it really means to be strong. I'm extremely grateful for Ms. Cromwell and look forward to a killer work out and good conversation each time I see her.
