Unlike the rest, Skylar of HI Pressha responded right away with a reasonable quote. Throughout the bid process Skylar impressively kept the lines of communication flowing. Researching panel cleaning, I learned that soft bristle brushes as opposed to simply pure power washing or simply chemical application, is the correct method of cleaning without damaging the panels. Skylar has the knowledge, tools and skill-set to professionally clean solar panels. Of the respondents, Skylar's prices landed in the middle. The solar panels came out looking like new and my preliminary estimates (through the solar software) put charging recovery rates at a plus 30% on an overcast day. And yes, I would highly recommend Skylar of HI Pressha for professional solar panel cleaning if you're in the Hilo area.

My first impression of Darryl the owner was good he was very friendly and assured me that they could clean my house at an affordable price. He said they would clean windows and wipe inside cabinets, also wipe down all the walls and clean the floors. They arrived worked a little and there product smelt great, so I assumed my house is getting cleaned really well. They left after about cleaning maybe 4 hours and I thought wow there is no way they could clean my whole big house in 4 hours with only 3 people. Sure enough after they left I was walking through the house and my feet felt dirty so I looked at my feet and it was black. I then got my mop out and moped all of my floors. My floors were so dirty I had to wash the mop out 10 times before I had finished. Later that night the lights in my house revealed exactly where they wiped my walls only directly around any door ways and widows. Seems like they sprayed a lot of product on my walls just to make it smell good for a few hours. Sure enough the great smell was gone the next morning and it was smelly again. So the entire next day I spent with my husband and my parents wiping down every single wall in my house, and the day after wiping out all of the cabinets they said they cleaned, which still smelt and even had dead roaches in it. We also had to scrub all of the showers which did not appear to have been touched at all. So in the end I let this company waste 4 hours of my time as well as almost $500. I would have given them 0 stars if possible. This company did a terrible job. I am writing this review so that no one else gets ripped off like I did.

It doesn't matter the charge to me. it matters that the job is done and done, right. Not sending a carpenter who has no clue what he's doing to a plumbers repair. And I as I told him he can shove it up his ass before I hung up on the fool. There's plenty better and more professional services out there than half ass plumbers that send carpenters to do their job just because they're going on vacation very unprofessional.
