My plantation style house was built in 1945 and needed fresh paint, rebuilding of the car port, repairs and restoration including replacing all the window screens. The house is large, three floors and asymmetrical structure, with a few challenging areas and hard to get to angles. Ralph San Miguel himself came out in person and did a very thorough assessment of my requirements before providing an estimate. While the cost was more than I had budgeted, Ralph explained the difficulties posed by my house and the scope of work required. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing, and the payment terms were reasonable. I was impressed with his crew from day one. They did a professional job handling all of the prep, carpentry and painting. They were courteous, thorough and clearly took a lot of pride in the work. All aspects of the job were completed in a timely manner and On budget. Ralph and his crew went above and beyond to do exceptional quality work with attention to detail. Even though it was raining and job was being cut off of due to poor weather, they we're persistent. In addition, Joe needed to work with our solar panel company too. To clarify, We (the client) need to contact and pay our solar panel company for removal of the panels, but Joe went above and beyond to keep the solar panel company in the loop in order to meet the 10-day window. My rusted roof looks brand new and brought my home back to life. Joe and his guys were professional, friendly and did quality work. We are so pleased.
