We purchased the property in a very overgrown, poorly maintained state. All of our walk ways were overgrown to the point that we couldn't use them. The backyard was never used because it was so overgrown. Belmes arrived early and worked all day (7+hours) with a crew of 3 additional workers. His quote was fair and he kept to it (didn't raise it) once he gave us the quote. He has a lot of integrity and the results are outstanding! Our property is cleared and we can enjoy it. Excellent quality and a great value. We will bring him back on a routine basis to maintain our property. Highly recommend.

(Heck, I even called my Housing Association today, to let them know what a fantastic job they did!) I had previously called another local company, who I had used in the past to clean out my gutters. When I was ready to buy all new gutters, I figured they'd be my guys. They came out, but never sent me a bid, and never followed up :( ...... So, I asked around and got a great recommendation from a friend for Cory's Gutters. She mentioned there was a new owner, Jay Williams, who had worked for Cory's and that he was really professional. I called and got a call back in a day or so, in a week, Jay came out & gave me a bid on the spot :) ..... We scheduled the date for my install a few weeks into the future, which was fine. A few days later, I got a surprise call from Jay that an earlier date had opened up, so I happily snagged it. Suffice it to say within 2 weeks, I had gleaming new gutters that make beautiful babbling brook sounds as they effortlessly take the water away. From A-Z, Start to Finish, soup to nuts, my experience with new owner Jay Williams, of Cory's Gutters was FANTASTIC! Excellent customer service, good price, quality work. I'd call him again in a flash!

My plantation style house was built in 1945 and needed fresh paint, rebuilding of the car port, repairs and restoration including replacing all the window screens. The house is large, three floors and asymmetrical structure, with a few challenging areas and hard to get to angles. Ralph San Miguel himself came out in person and did a very thorough assessment of my requirements before providing an estimate. While the cost was more than I had budgeted, Ralph explained the difficulties posed by my house and the scope of work required. I felt confident that he knew what he was doing, and the payment terms were reasonable. I was impressed with his crew from day one. They did a professional job handling all of the prep, carpentry and painting. They were courteous, thorough and clearly took a lot of pride in the work. All aspects of the job were completed in a timely manner and On budget. Ralph and his crew went above and beyond to do exceptional quality work with attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied with the finished projects and the workmanship that exceeded all expectations. My house has never looked better.
