We gave them a second chance after a storm damaged our tree and Mike arrived without notice ahead of time and proceeded to walk all over our property and never rang the doorbell, his truck parked down the block and out of sight. Suspicious. Our ring cameras were going off and so when we went outside we saw the salesman walking away from our house and refused to identify himself. We politely told him were not notified they were coming out and he shrugged us off.

When I contacted him several times regarding my issues I did not receive any responses. Because he is so cheap I'd love to use him again, but that's offset by the job being only half done. Check that his crew did what it actually was supposed to do, and don't pay him until the job is actually complete. I am pretty sure that he does not carry the proper insurance - he doesn't provide a straight answer and I couldn't find any insurance on his website, so this leaves the home owner at risk.
