Then, he began working at my next door neighbors house and I was really able to watch the work ethic, quality and creativity happen as this job was being completed in the front of the house. I watched them cut the stone, put a level on every brick as they laid it, clean the area up at the end of the day and finally complete that job. As I watched that work quality, I knew that I had found the contractor that I wanted to remodel the tired and leaning flagstone wall as well as pavers that were dated as well. When I talked to Salinas Landscaping, Jose had a lot of ideas on how to make the front of my house a showplace, which he did. Throughout the job, Jose was available, involved and had great employees completing my work. We are extremely pleased with the quality of materials, workmanship and professionalism of Salinas Landscaping and are sure you will be too!

Jose and his team turned our over-grown, hot mess of a yard into a beautiful well-maintained looking yard. We needed a ton of trees cut and new mulch, as well as general weeding done, but the team got it done in about a day's work. Throughout the time the team was here, they were all super communicative and friendly. The pricing is super reasonable and when Jose came out to give us a quote, he never tried to upsell anything- only making suggestions if I was unsure of what I really wanted in an area of my yard. I would definitely recommend using Alba Landscaping for anything you need.

One went down taking out a portion of our fence, crashed into our garage smashing part of the gutter that it hit. A huge problem was actually the fence because the dogs could not go out alone. My husband could not lift the tree to put the boards back up for the fence. He called JBS Tree Service Friday a.m and was able to get removal arranged for Monday a.m. They arrived on time, actually earlier than we expected. They set everything up, used plywood on the grass so as not the leave ruts in the lawn. They were very respectful of our property. This was a huge piece of equipment. We ended up having all of the trees removed because it seemed like the whole root ball would be compromised. They also ground the stumps. The crew was probably 5 workman and it was absolutely orchestrated. they completed cleaned up our yard and the neighbors yard behind us. they even cleaned the driveway that was not really their mess. They made time out of their busy day to come by, and did the job in under half an hour. It would of taken us the entire day, if we could even do it at all (the thing was stupid heavy.) I learned a lot just watching them work. We transplanted at the worst possible time while the shrub had started flowering, and we knew there was a high probability it wouldn't survive the transplant. However it's been three weeks and the shrub is blooming and alive, and we think this is largely due to how cleanly they cut the roots and how quickly and securely they got it back into the ground. Fast, friendly service and great people. We'll be back for more landscaping services in the near and far future. Thank you Adrian!
