Used Elite before, had some issues but things happen, got it worked out eventually. Recently needed some help with our heat pump, called to see when we might be able to get a tech. Getting the appointment set up was a trial in itself believe it or not. Appointment finally set for 9:00 am Saturday. At 10:30 I tried to call as no-one had arrived nor had anyone called to say they were running late, etc.. Left voicemail. Call again at 11:30, went to voice mai again. No one ever showed or returned a call and it is now Tuesday afternoon. read more

Techs (Brad and Kasey) were knowledgeable, professional responsive and friendly. Our HVAC system stopped working and they were able to pinpoint the issue immediately. Brad and Kasey worked tirelessly to get our unit up and running before the extreme weather hit. There are quite a few bad reviews on here that are specific to American Home Shield (home insurance). We also have American Home Shield and ran into SEVERAL issues (dragging out approvals for extended periods of time). Elite staff went out of their way to communicate any hangups with AHS to move our claim along and get our unit replaced. We plan on continuing with Elite for service and maintenance of our new unit. Compared to the "big name" HVAC contractors in Tri-Cities, these guys are the best. Thanks again Elite! read more

American Home Shield required me to use Elite Heating. I have been without heat since February 22 and no end in sight. People in the TriCities know how cold it has been. I'm almost 70 and no heat. No fireplace. Just stuck at the mercy of Elite Heating because of American Home Shield. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I requested service on my a/c unit through my home warranty. This company was referred by them. I made an appointment for July 20th at 1 pm. No one showed. When I called they said the wrong date was put in and they would see what they could do. I called the next day, they said they didn't have a technician coming to Walla Walla and they would see when they could fit me in. I'm without a/c in 105 degree weather. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. So they were sent to fix our AC unit early July, it is now September 10th and it's still not fixed. The technician named Johnny came out at least 6 times, tinkered with it for about 30mins each time before saying he needed to run into town to get a part or a tool. His excuses varied. After leaving, he never came back. Days later we would call them and asked when they were coming back only for the same thing to happen again. He would leave and not return. They even told the property management company we rent through, that the unit was fixed and billed them. Not sure if they lack the initiative to actually finish the job or if they are even qualified at this point. I think it's unlawful to charge for a service that we did not receive. It's nearly autumn and we had to bare through the hot summer weather because of their incompetence. Would not recommend. read more

I would warn you not to use these guys.We were first seen in middle of may it is now muddle of July and we still are not fixed. They made an appointment on a Saturday and never showed up. They said they forgot, not an emergency but forgot, wow. Nothing but problem after problem. They do not answer phones very well and hardly ever will call you back. We were referred to this company by our house insurance American Home Shield. It took them over 7 business days to respond. Both scheduled appointments they were a no show. I had to call them multiple times because they wouldn't call back to let us the the status of when they would be showing up. My husband took time off work to be home for this appointment. Mind you this was during the horrible heat wave we had. I have 3 small children at home and they did not make us a priority. read more

Terrible service! Our family (with a baby and a toddler) have been without heat now for 11 days because this company has stood us up on multiple occasions! They keep saying they are sending someone... and we wait.. and no one shows up! We are frozen! I am so upset with this company. Absolutely do not use them. Absolute worst service I've experienced in the Walla Walla Valley. They installed an A/C through my home warranty and the installer broke it while installing it. They and the warranty company are pointing fingers at each other and both telling me they can't do anything about it because the other guy. Absolutely unbelievable. Holy moley. AC was making weird noises in January, so went through American Home Shield and got assigned this company as the contractor. Guy came and took a part off the AC unit and the sound got better but he said he needed to order a part to replace part of the unit. Never got a call back, so I called them and was told to wait for a call. Never got a call back. Called again after a couple of weeks (had to go out of country during that time) and was told that the tech was in the hospital and so they were delayed? That's ok but doesn't quite explain the lack of communication. Anyway, again I was given the run around. Tried to get a different company through American Home Shield but ultimately had to go back to this company. Again I called and was told that they would call me back. It's September and all that's happened is getting a part taken off my AC unit and no replacements done. Biggest issue I have had is with the woman who does scheduling, who seems perpetually unable to communicate with customers. Expect a lot of useless back and forth calling that goes absolutely no where. Unfortunately I do not have a choice but to use this company because AHS doesn't offer me many choices, but if YOU have a choice, look elsewhere. read more

On May 30th this company received a dispatch from my home warranty service. They were unable to give me an appointment until June 9th! Request for authorization for parts was submitted a week after it should have been! It was so poorly written the home warranty company had to ask for more information. Elite never responded or asked for clarification ! They are so unfamiliar with professional communication they tried to tell me the service was denied when I called to find out when they were coming back. The incomplete repairs that were made were substandard and nearly caused an electrical fire. I have had multiple conversations with the office and the owner, Johnny. And got nowhere. As of today, more than 2 months later, we are still without AC! Due to their extremely rude (they hung up on the home warranty company), refusal to submit requested documents to the home warranty service , shockingly poor customer service, utter lack of both skill and professionalism my home warranty company will no longer be offering them a contract. And that is good news for everyone! read more

This company is greatly lacking integrity, work ethic and overall responsibility to the public. Couple of years ago they came out and worked on our heating system. Our unit is located in the crawl space of our house and I'll admit tough to work on. Since then we've had issues with our heat pump, that they sold us several year prior, hence we called on them for future service. Since then we quit calling on them because it became so difficult to get them out for service. After waiting all day on a scheduled call that they no showed we decided we were done with them. I recently called on another business for service, they discovered that our heating unit's access cover had been left off. Their tech simply did not replace the cover on the unit. Our heating unit had been running inefficiently and now we know why. This company simply doesn't care about doing quality work. Don't bother calling them. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First they were sent out by our home warranty in January to fix our heater. (That experience was also disappointing) They did not put enough refrigerant in so now our ac is not working. Our home warranty set up the appointment again, my husband called to set up the appointment. They said they couldn't get to us for over a week. She told him she would try and get him in sooner but it is the busy season. Later I was sent a text with a date and 2hour waiting window for today. Wonderful. Right. Wrong. When that time frame was almost up I called to see when they would be arriving. I was told they weren't coming today, I should have confirmed the text (why would I confirm and appointment made on the day of service) she was very rude and did not make any apologies for the mistake. In fact she treated me as if it was my fault. And then hung up on me. read more
