DJ and John were very diligent with ensuring the mildew on the fascia boards located on the roof were cleaned--and they delivered! I inspected all around the house and the house was cleaned to my expectation. Two weeks later, father and son carpenters Mick and Jones worked very hard to replace the dry rotted T1-11 siding boards. Each of the panels are 9' x 4', and the repairs warranted 5 panels. Dry rot existed on the chimney box siding, and sidings by the kitchen and back of the house. Mick and Jones are very skilled carpenters, and they worked diligently and efficiently. I am very pleased with the repairs! A week later, the painting commenced. I was very PARTICULAR with the painters. I presented my attention to detail in a professional manner...the painters were very receptive to my requests. I met with lead painter, German and communicated to him the fine details and personal touches I wanted to be done. German, Miguel, Pascual and Miguel are very skilled painters. After reviewing the estimates and talking to different painters, I landed on Oly Painting. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The hardest part of the project was selecting the color. Once we did that, we scheduled the paint job. Sache said it would take 3-4 days, and he was dead on. Every day he would check in in the morning and let me know what he was going to do and at the end of the day he let me know what was done. Excellent communication.
