Sally is wonderful at what she does, I did not want my session to end. I did make an appointment but had to wait as they had taken someone before me and there were only two staff members there that day. Another lady was upset that she had an appointment and they would not take her family because they were busy, so be warned that even if you make an appointment you may have a wait. I told them foot massages, but they started with head and shoulder and even rubbed my face with oil which irritated my skin. I walked out so sore. They were way too rough. I mostly have a good experience here, but today I had one of the staff get obviously agitated with me and my sister. My sister provided tip for her masseuse and mine, but since my masseur was busy, my sister told her masseuse to give the other half to the masseur that worked on me. There was a language barrier, which is fine. There's nothing wrong with that. But when we're trying to explain, and you're obviously getting mad because you're not understanding what we're saying, and you have an English speaking staff member on site, I feel it is no longer my issue, but I'm receiving attitude for it. This place has really declined in quality. I'm not sure who manages it now, but it's just bad. I had a massage recently with an older man who pulled my pants down and didn't consider asking me first. Obviously, a massage requires touch and nudity to some or a full extent; however, he just went ahead and yanked my pants down exposing not merely my lower back but all of my bottom. He eventually asked if it was okay but honestly, this language barrier, poor massage etiquette, and the greedy nature of this spa will make you want a refund. Your best bet if you come here is to ask for a woman. The men,by and large, haven't been particularly great in my experience. They're too rough and kind of lazy with the technique. I think if you really want a true massage experience, please select a legitimate massage therapist. read more

I have received services at Elite few times, the last time I received a service a male masseuse made me feel uncomfortable and was inappropriate. When I paid, I still tipped the masseuse $10 and the lady at the counter laughed at me and said something along the lines of really? Only $10 dollars? Went in today, & I requested sally bc the reviews mentioned sally, since it was my first time i didn't know what to expect. There were many times where the movements she did were painful & rough, I didn't say anything bc I just didn't speak up.. but although I mentioned to her it was my first time, she didn't ask me for the kind of pressure was tolerable for me. So I relaxed but couldn't feel too comfortable when suddenly I'd feel pain, & I'd just wish she'd stop doing the movement & change to some other form of massage. So I'm not sure how I'm going to feel tomorrow morning or through the week & I'm already feeling sore from pressure she made. Also the curtains that are " rooms" would slightly breeze when a person walked by & I felt like ppl could peak at me, since there is men & women inside, I felt weird a bit knowing I could peak outside the curtains while I'm laying .. overall the experience was cool but it made me feel like I should speak up in the future. & vocalize if it hurts. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give negative stars I would. My mom suggested this place to me because she said there was this one old guy who would massage her good. I have severely bad neck pain and we let them know where. The lady had a guy come out and led me to one of the rooms. He was so so rough I was in tears and he kept putting his crotch on my head, and hands. Why would you need to lean your body onto me if you're massaging my neck. This place is awful! And they demanded a tip! The water they have their tasted disgusting like it came out of the fish tank they have their. This place is awful. Nothing about the massage was close to remotely relaxing, even if it's for pain relief it was way too rough to where it just hurts too bad. I was feeling the blood rush to my legs because I couldn't stand the pain, I was holding in tears the whole 30 minutes. He was just way too rough on the nerves of my neck of the base of my skull. I don't know if the guy even knew what he was rubbing because there were points where he was pushing roughly on my bones and you can hear them pop over and over. I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE stars. Worst "massage" ever. I've never felt so violated. I was left with slight bruising from how rough he was. I'm a small girl, not a 300lb guy. Groupon or this venue lied and said it was a $50 deal. But when you show up they offer the same packet for $30. So u only saved $10. Note this is one of those super Asian places, so don't expect a nice spa joint. The full body and leg massage starts with you laying on your back while you soak your feet. At this point they touch your face. Emphasis on just touch my face and not really massaging! I felt grossed out but they do put hand sanitizer. Then they just run your ears. I'd rather they give me a head massage instead of touching my face. Then they move on to your feet! It was amazing and I almost fell asleep! The put oil on your feet and I wish it was a little warmer because I was getting cold! They are also pretty rough when they wipe down the oils. Then you move onto the body and arms! This was just fine. Nothing too amazing. Next u take off your shirt and BRa .... so they could put oils on your back. I would prefer them not to do this. Are they trying to be classy? First it's cold oil against a cold room and they just leave u bare and open while they go and get the hot towel to wash the oil off. I'd rather they just keep massaging me with their good techniques on my back.. but hey oil Requires less hand work. So no.. I won't be coming back. It wasn't bad but it wasn't that great! We just left this place and the lady literally forced me and my husband to give her $15 for tip as opposed to what we wanted to give her which is $10!!!!! Even after we told her no, she still charged our card with $15 and then a $3 card fee!!! and during our massage the lady who was massaging me kept leaving to tend to other customers coming in! They did acupressure to my husband for some things he's been taking medicine for and after this 90 min (foot & body) session, he has been better than ever. It's amazing. I've had teeny tiny women try to walk on my back and I feared of them hurting me more. This last time, it was great service and still the same price. This place was pretty scummy. The massage was bad, and on top of that, they try to lowball the customers who buy Groupons. My friends and I came here on a Groupon that said 70 min massage for $25, down from $50. However, upon arrival, we saw the typical price of our massage was really $30. Yes, it was a discount but not nearly as much as they were advertising on Groupon. We bought it online thinking it was this amazing deal when really it was $5 off. To add insult to injury, the massage was bad. It's like the guy was scatterbrained - there was no method or pattern, he would go from one arm to the opposite leg etc. It was also sadly very weak. Then, at the end, when I tried to give $4.50 for tip (15% of their advertised price of $30), the lady scolded me, saying she wouldn't accept less than $5. Fine. Start off with the Pros: good atmosphere, quite, relaxing, smells clean and refreshing.. Cons:They moved us around thee times.. Cut about 10 minutes from my time.. No biggy.. But as I watched the other workers finish the massages, a lady came by to "clean up" well she folded the same used towels and set up another station with the same towel.. Gross!!! I saw about 8 employes but only two massage certificates.. When I went to pay I showed my groupon app.. He was so upset I didn't mention it before.. And when we gave him a tip he asked for more..
