I have been coming to Elite Foot Spa for some time now and I love their massages. Lucy and Jimmy are amazing! I have brought friends and family to come experience this place. Super clean and calming environment. read more

I've now fired this place... after years of being an excellent, loyal and generous customer I can no longer endorse this establishment! Knowing that they open at 10 am. I called and got no response, I had such a small window of opportunity I missed it because they didn't call back in a timely manner. This has not been the first time this has happened. I tip generously, and to be left hanging during business hours Well I'm done! Fired today never to return, I suggest you all do the same maybe they'll be more respectful of good paying clients time and monies! read more

Booked a last minute massage for myself and a friend. Clean and relaxing space. Friendly and professional staff. Solid massage with good pressure and check ins. A little noisy which took away from the ambiance, but good value. read more

Amazing! Quiet and relaxing. Haven't been back in 5 years and was not disappointed!!!!

Sally was great! 60 min full body (40 body and 20 feet) with hot stones finish. The vibe was relaxing and she actually went a little over 60 min. Would definitely come back. Went on a Tuesday @ 11am. Saw (2) ladies (including Sally) and about (4) men. Wasn't too busy at the time, probably another client there. Base: $45 (+$2 CC fee) Tip: $25 read more

Jeff was amazing. Felt so relaxed when I was finished. Very clean and professional service

Wow nothing but great things to say about this place! I usually get a massage every week and the staff definitely have improved on massages!! Tom & sally are great! Definitely recommend read more

First time here...Enjoyed the foot massage...great price...very calm and relaxing and clean

My husband and I recently found this place and each time, we've never asked for a specific person, yet the masseuses here have all been great. We've taken his parents here as well and they were also very satisfied with their massages. We have tried the full body massage, combo massage and foot massages. The masseuses all seem to know what they're doing unlike other places we've been to where it's hit or miss depending on who you get. read more

The service from the masseur was good and I have never had any issues with that. I have gone a few years back to get a massage and I remember just paying what I had to pay and leave without any issues but the last 2 times I have gone, I had felt obligated to give out a tip. Today I went and I tipped 10 dollars and the lady in the front got mad and just laughed at my face for only tipping 10 bucks. I never felt so embarrassed. I don't think I will ever go back! read more

A friend referred me to this place.. had a 90 min massage by Jeff. Had a really good massage. Place is clean, towels smells clean and fresh. Staff were friendly. I will definitely return read more

I've decided to update my review to five stars because I've been back a few more times and have gone only with (clothed) foot massages and they have all been really great. Of course it also depends on the masseur you get! read more

Sally is wonderful at what she does, I did not want my session to end. I did make an appointment but had to wait as they had taken someone before me and there were only two staff members there that day. Another lady was upset that she had an appointment and they would not take her family because they were busy, so be warned that even if you make an appointment you may have a wait. I was happy with the massage however. read more

Made a appt and told the lady i wanted two females. When i got there they didn't bother looking for my appt and took us as walk ins. And gave me a male and female. I told them foot massages, but they started with head and shoulder and even rubbed my face with oil which irritated my skin. I walked out so sore. They were way too rough. Then i paid with card and the guy said "how much tip?" As if i was going to give one in the first place. Tips are earned and based on my experience i dont think it was deserved I will not be back. Suggestions for this place would be: to ask if you have any medical conditions they should be aware of Any sensitive areas they should know about Explain the foot massage is NOT just a foot massage! read more

I mostly have a good experience here, but today I had one of the staff get obviously agitated with me and my sister. My sister provided tip for her masseuse and mine, but since my masseur was busy, my sister told her masseuse to give the other half to the masseur that worked on me. There was a language barrier, which is fine. There's nothing wrong with that. But when we're trying to explain, and you're obviously getting mad because you're not understanding what we're saying, and you have an English speaking staff member on site, I feel it is no longer my issue, but I'm receiving attitude for it. I paid, my sister tipped cash for me, end of transaction. I don't need someone getting mad at me when my sister and I are being patient and explaining what happened. read more

I came in and got 60 min body massage for $50 at the time of this review. Place was pretty quiet with maybe 1 other customer on a Thursday at 4pm. I told the masseuse that I wanted her to focus on neck, shoulders and arms and she did a great job. Sally spent most of her time on the upper body and her technique was smooth with very good pressure. I tipped her really well so would not be able to comment on issues w/ tipping under a specific amount read more

Paid for a full hour of a massage for my wife, she did not get her full hour. Also, why call ahead to schedule an appointment and not have anyone available for the set time? read more

Very good service. Very good atmosphere. Employees are well trained masseuse. Price is competitive. Friends and family like the service as well. read more

This place has really declined in quality. I'm not sure who manages it now, but it's just bad. I had a massage recently with an older man who pulled my pants down and didn't consider asking me first. Obviously, a massage requires touch and nudity to some or a full extent; however, he just went ahead and yanked my pants down exposing not merely my lower back but all of my bottom. He eventually asked if it was okay but honestly, this language barrier, poor massage etiquette, and the greedy nature of this spa will make you want a refund. Your best bet if you come here is to ask for a woman. The men,by and large, haven't been particularly great in my experience. They're too rough and kind of lazy with the technique. I think if you really want a true massage experience, please select a legitimate massage therapist. read more

My best friend was getting her lashes done next door. I was waiting for her until I saw this place. I must say, I recommend. I was given a full body massage. The music was very relaxing, the lady definitely hit the right spots. I was seeing prior reviews. I tip her $20, you can also do$15 but really people you think is fair for $10 you are given a massage non stop. Yet, you will throw your money on drinks, or servers for bad service. read more

Great place to get those knots out of your back and relax. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

I have received services at Elite few times, the last time I received a service a male masseuse made me feel uncomfortable and was inappropriate. When I paid, I still tipped the masseuse $10 and the lady at the counter laughed at me and said something along the lines of really? Only $10 dollars? This also happened to my father on a separate occasion and he tipped them $15. I felt like they were very rude and entitled. Would not recommend and never going here again. read more

Price is reasonable and staff is great. I haven't had a bad massage yet. Would definitely recommend you give them a try.

I went and had a good massage with Helen. I got the combo B package. I really appreciate that if I didn't like something, all I had to do was let her know. I came home & had a good night sleep & felt more relaxed. I will definitely go back & get an appt with Helen again. read more

Went in today, & I requested sally bc the reviews mentioned sally, since it was my first time i didn't know what to expect. There were many times where the movements she did were painful & rough, I didn't say anything bc I just didn't speak up.. but although I mentioned to her it was my first time, she didn't ask me for the kind of pressure was tolerable for me. So I relaxed but couldn't feel too comfortable when suddenly I'd feel pain, & I'd just wish she'd stop doing the movement & change to some other form of massage. So I'm not sure how I'm going to feel tomorrow morning or through the week & I'm already feeling sore from pressure she made. Also the curtains that are " rooms" would slightly breeze when a person walked by & I felt like ppl could peak at me, since there is men & women inside, I felt weird a bit knowing I could peak outside the curtains while I'm laying .. overall the experience was cool but it made me feel like I should speak up in the future. & vocalize if it hurts. read more

Helen (I believe that's her name), she did a great job on my massage. I called thirty minutes prior to see if I could come in as a walk in and the lady said to head in over, Helen made me feel comfortable (I do not like getting massages from the male masseuse). I had a great experience and will definitely be treating myself once or maybe twice a month! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give negative stars I would. My mom suggested this place to me because she said there was this one old guy who would massage her good. I have severely bad neck pain and we let them know where. The lady had a guy come out and led me to one of the rooms. He was so so rough I was in tears and he kept putting his crotch on my head, and hands. Why would you need to lean your body onto me if you're massaging my neck. This place is awful! And they demanded a tip! The water they have their tasted disgusting like it came out of the fish tank they have their. This place is awful. Nothing about the massage was close to remotely relaxing, even if it's for pain relief it was way too rough to where it just hurts too bad. I was feeling the blood rush to my legs because I couldn't stand the pain, I was holding in tears the whole 30 minutes. He was just way too rough on the nerves of my neck of the base of my skull. I don't know if the guy even knew what he was rubbing because there were points where he was pushing roughly on my bones and you can hear them pop over and over. I wish I could give this place NEGATIVE stars. Worst "massage" ever. I've never felt so violated. I was left with slight bruising from how rough he was. I'm a small girl, not a 300lb guy. There's no need to be THAT rough. I've never left a massage place with bruises. Maybe slight soreness but I've never felt this bad after a massage. read more

Elite Foot Spa - Recommend to make an appointment best massage place - Day Spas Near Me - Montebello, California

There is almost always no wait. Plenty of parking. Excellent prices. I've been coming to this location on a monthly basis. Some masseuses are better than others. I recently had a terrible massage from a male masseuse to the point that my neck and back were aching for days so the quality varies. I will he requesting female masseuse only and I hope they retrain some of the males. read more

Tried Elite spa due to the Groupon deal we got. It's $29 for a 7o min massage. keep in mind they didn't even start us on time so it was really just a 60 Min massage. Groupon or this venue lied and said it was a $50 deal. But when you show up they offer the same packet for $30. So u only saved $10. Note this is one of those super Asian places, so don't expect a nice spa joint. The full body and leg massage starts with you laying on your back while you soak your feet. At this point they touch your face. Emphasis on just touch my face and not really massaging! I felt grossed out but they do put hand sanitizer. Then they just run your ears. I'd rather they give me a head massage instead of touching my face. Then they move on to your feet! It was amazing and I almost fell asleep! The put oil on your feet and I wish it was a little warmer because I was getting cold! They are also pretty rough when they wipe down the oils. Then you move onto the body and arms! This was just fine. Nothing too amazing. Next u take off your shirt and BRa .... so they could put oils on your back. I would prefer them not to do this. Are they trying to be classy? First it's cold oil against a cold room and they just leave u bare and open while they go and get the hot towel to wash the oil off. I'd rather they just keep massaging me with their good techniques on my back.. but hey oil Requires less hand work. So no.. I won't be coming back. It wasn't bad but it wasn't that great! There's more to choose from! They also have a tipping guideline. So make sure you tip well! Someone is still massaging u for a full hour! read more

This place COERCE customers to give them a certain tip amount! We just left this place and the lady literally forced me and my husband to give her $15 for tip as opposed to what we wanted to give her which is $10!!!!! Even after we told her no, she still charged our card with $15 and then a $3 card fee!!! and during our massage the lady who was massaging me kept leaving to tend to other customers coming in! So unprofessional and they are very loud and does not implement a relaxing place at all! This place is horrible and honestly not worth the money. My husband and I will NOT come back here ever again! Totally changed from when we first came here years back! It's unethical and wrong to force people to give you a certain amount of tip! read more

I hadn't been to Elite Foot Spa since before the pandemic. After a long run on Saturday my husband recommended I get a massage. I called and was able to get an appt within the next hour. Prices have gone up, like they have everywhere else. I had a 60 minute massage plus she used the hot stones for $40. The massage was rejuvenating and well worth the price. read more

This place needs 5 stars! Everyone here is highly skilled and trained, it's like they know exactly where you need help/healing and they get right to it. They did acupressure to my husband for some things he's been taking medicine for and after this 90 min (foot & body) session, he has been better than ever. It's amazing. Do support these folks, they are kind and professional. Tip well! Book an appointment over the phone. As soon as you walk in, they take your temp. They have Lysol spray and sanitizer at the front desk. We've been here 3 times since Covid happened and I feel safe every time. read more

I have my doubts about this place. The staff rotates and the ones that were really good, are gone. I've had some touch you places that should be be touched and they are gone. I've had teeny tiny women try to walk on my back and I feared of them hurting me more. This last time, it was great service and still the same price. I wish I would've said to have a more intense massage, but it was fine. My friend asked for a strong massage and was happy. I still don't care for them talking in another language. I feel it's rude and disrespectful, but I'm trying to relax. Restroom is not the best, but when you need to go, you need to go! Tip at least $5 or else you'll get an evil look! read more

This is the best message spa I've been to. I always love coming here. Lucy is the receptionist and she is always welcoming and kind. I've been coming here for more than a year and about once every month. I am obsessed. read more

This place was pretty scummy. The massage was bad, and on top of that, they try to lowball the customers who buy Groupons. My friends and I came here on a Groupon that said 70 min massage for $25, down from $50. However, upon arrival, we saw the typical price of our massage was really $30. Yes, it was a discount but not nearly as much as they were advertising on Groupon. We bought it online thinking it was this amazing deal when really it was $5 off. To add insult to injury, the massage was bad. It's like the guy was scatterbrained - there was no method or pattern, he would go from one arm to the opposite leg etc. It was also sadly very weak. Then, at the end, when I tried to give $4.50 for tip (15% of their advertised price of $30), the lady scolded me, saying she wouldn't accept less than $5. Fine. They got their $5 but I hope people heed my warning and stay away. Bad massages, bad etiquette, bad customer service. read more
