I started training here back at the end of July, the trainer assigned to me was the sweetest, but in the four weeks of me working out, not once did I get sore. I decided this gym was not for me. I reached out to the owner Jarrod and told him I was canceling my membership I knew I had to give him a 30day notice so. I allowed the final monthly charge out of good faith. After a failed attempt to convince me to stay, he agreed to cancel my membership and my husbands. To this day he continues to charge my card for the monthly training. I have texted him and he does not respond. He must be desperate for customers. His gym looks pretty empty! read more

First of all I have to start off thanking God for allowing Jarod from Elite fitness to enter my life. To call him a "trainer" would not be the right title. Jarod and his team of ACE's are life coaches. When I initially met Jarod. I was overweight, unhappy and mentally drained. To be honest I checked out. Update 18 months in: number one goal is met: I have not sustained any injury due to exercise. Before working with Elite I was tearing a tendon or a muscle every six months; I had to come to grips with how aging changes what the body can do. This is huge goal, it's the reason I looked for a personal trainer, and why I am sold on Elite. Goal two: lean body mass is up about ten pounds. I am an over 50 woman, so this is a true achievement. Talk to Jarrod; he'll tell you what's reasonably achievable. Trust him. Goal three: weight is down @12 pounds overall - that means a 22 pound fat loss to gain that much SMM. This is from following (relatively closely - I like my sweets) Jarrod's dietary recommendations. Wow I have learned to incorporate protein. Not easy, but so worth it. Jarrod was my trainer back in 2008-2011. He helped me lose 20 pounds back then. It was the first time I ever did weight training. I stopped training per my fertility doctors orders because I was trying to conceive and she did not want me taxing my body. Once I had my 1st daughter in Jan 2013, I went back to Elite to get back in shape at 4 months postpartum. I gained 25 lbs. I was training with Michelle and Randy. It took me about 2 years to do my first show. Then I continued with him until 2016 when I did my 2nd show. After that, I had to take a break due to health reasons. I ended up going back to fertility treatments for a 2nd baby. I had my second daughter in July 2018. I tried and tried to lose the 70 lbs I gained on my own but just kept getting discouraged by my very very slow and modest results. Consequently, I went back to Elite in Jan 2020. I have about 30 lbs to lose. I'm now training with Justin. I am hoping to do another show this year!! I love how much accountability there is at Elite. They keep your weights and measurements recorded electronically. You have an app (loseit) that is tracked by your trainer to make sure you're on track with food intake throughout the week. Their workouts are short and sweet! Always pushing you to your max weight in a safe way. I've only been back for a few weeks but already have seen my body change for the better. As someone who has pretty much always hated exercising I'm kinda surprised I'm writing this review. Have been working out with Justin for about 4 months now and I've definitely seen a change in my body. I've realized that the last few years where I've been paying for a gym membership only to go and update my social media status- here you get a damn good workout! I kiss fist this training because of a 45 minute work out. Every time I complete my work out, I feel damn GREAT! I have had memberships to Bally's, LA Fitness, 24-Hour Fitness in the past and never stayed because I either felt like a piece of meat, waited around for hours to get machines or felt like a sardine in a class. I love that Elite Fitness is a smaller, tight knit, more specialized group. It's more than just a bootcamp or group of personal trainers, its a family. When you walk through those doors you are not just a client and I love that. Justin, Jarrod and Michelle have not only helped me to reach my goals with their personal training programs, custom diets, bootcamps and encouragement, they have helped me surpass them! With Justin no goal is too big or unattainable. I have even become a part of the Team Elite Competition Team and love all of the ladies and gents I train with. I have attended many other Boot Camp classes, had private trainers and sessions & worked out on my own at big gyms however Elite Fitness has brought my entire workout regimen altogether providing a proven workout and diet plan, tracking results, providing support & motivation, and most importantly, providing amazing results!
