During the next rain, I noticed a section of gutter was leaking. I called J&M and they sent to team out to investigate. Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.

Scott showed up early was very transparent and gave me honest explanation of what they could do. Three options Repair, Replace all gutters and downspouts, or front gutters and downspouts and replace rear gutters leave existing downspouts. I originally went with option three but based on pricing and capital improvement relief I replaced everything. Zach and Miguel came out actually sooner than expected, they were professional, polite. They did a fantastic job. Explained the new attachments compared to the old gutter spikes and even after they put everything away I had a concern on the downspout draining onto my vent pipe and they redirected the flow! Awesome Job would recommend the GutterGuys hope you give them the opportunity to quote your next project! Thank you Mike D Berlin NJ

They were able to improve with my existing gutters -- making them more efficient than ever. These people are FAST: I requested a quote on Sunday night, received a phone call from the owner on Monday, they did their evaluation on Tuesday (with live texted updates/pictures/quotes), and the work was completed Thursday and Friday. Talk about a quick turnaround time! The VALUE of the work is incomparable to other places. The work performed went above and beyond what I thought a gutter company would do (beyond the gutter guard install, they did chimney repainting, facia recreation, weather proofing, and tree trimming). They were very CONVENIENT: They stuck to the quote, and had us Venmo a 10% down payment. The Venmo and texting options made this process seamless and easy. We could complete almost all communications virtually, so I never had to be home at a time, or write any checks. Sorry for the late post. This work was done in 2024…read more Had a leak coming into the basement around the chimney area. Called Reese & Sons because of their high rating and positive reviews. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!
