The Fescue is absolutely full of weeds - clover, crab grass, wild something rather, violets, etc. They aren't putting down pre-emergent and clearly nor do they put down post-emergent in the Fescue. I didn't have any weeds with previous lawn care company. They also sell the tree/shrub program based on fertilizer/pesticide/herbicide... except you don't actually get fertilizer. Disappointed in this. I don't dislike them and infact really like the people, but there seems to be some kind of disconnect between the ladies answering phones, owner, and applicator. Additionally, grass could not grow in some areas due to the sheer volume of water flowing around my home. Orlando and his team diagnosed the issue and gave me very reasonable pricing options to fit my budget. When they came out, they brought a sizable team and had a dedicated project manager on site all day. They we're able to finish the project in one day (11 hours)!
