I spoke with Henry and the price seemed reasonable so I scheduled an appointment and sure was glad I did. Let me say I do try my best to maintain my cars by waxing them and washing them myself but Henry was able to remove the oxidation on the paint and remove all the water spots on the side and on my rims. My truck hasn't looked so WET and slick ever I don't think. From now on I will be using them to give my cars the extra attention they need. I can only do so much myself. If your looking for someone to bring your car back up to standards then look no further. He showed up on time and worked hard to make sure everything looked good and even said please look at the job with a critical eye and if you see anything let me know and I'll take care of it. The tint came out really clean, everything looks even, and I haven't noticed any bubbles, strange edges, or anything else that would bother me. What I appreciated most was that the whole process was straightforward. Nobody was trying to push me into something I didn't need, and they took the time to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. You can tell they use good-quality materials and actually care about how the finished job looks. It's been a little while now and everything still looks great. The car looks much better, and the tint has made a noticeable difference inside as well. Overall, just a good experience with people who seem to take pride in their work. I'd have no problem bringing another car here in the future.

The price justified the cost also, especially a mobile service that comes to your home, and everything looked spic n span! The reason for half a star is as follows...There were only 2 areas of concern: 1st one was the windshield which had tree sap that left two small stains. Paul said he didn't want to compromise the glass of windshield, so didn't touch those areas. (I still would have liked him to try though.) My hubby used to work at a car detailing place as a teenager, and was able to get this sap out using glass cleaner and a razor blade, but wanted to see if Paul could remove it. The 2nd area of concern was on the very back side of head rest of rear seat, where it is a "flat" surface and where middle speaker is located, there was a dead insect wedged between the upgolstery board and glass window, so my hubby had to vacuum it up. The carpets were shampooed, but there was no fragrance left behind, which I would prefer to have. Lastly, on departing, I would have preferred a firm handshake, not a flimsy one, but that's just my pet peeve! Otherwise, we are pleased with results, how clean and polished the car looked, and would recommend this service.

Confirmed my appointment multiple times, then canceled on me the morning of the appointment…read more I had a confirmed appointment with Prestige Auto Salon and planned my day around it. The appointment had been confirmed multiple times, so I had every reason to believe they were prepared to provide the service. Then, the morning of my appointment, I received a message saying they had a "scheduling error" with their booking software and had double-booked my appointment. Their solution? Reschedule me for August 17th or later. I understand that software problems happen, but this is ultimately a scheduling and business-management issue that shouldn't become the customer's problem. If you confirm an appointment multiple times, the customer shouldn't have to rearrange their schedule and then find out at the last minute that the appointment doesn't actually exist. They did offer $50 off the service, which I appreciate, but honestly, that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having my schedule disrupted at the last minute. I was prepared to give Prestige Auto Salon my business and potentially use them for additional services, but this experience has seriously changed my opinion. A confirmed appointment should mean something. Hopefully they fix their scheduling system and communication process so other customers don't have the same experience.

It certainly leaves the impression that another job may have taken priority. There are plenty of other tint shops to choose from, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope they learn from this and use better judgment when handling confirmed appointments, especially with repeat customers.
