I've been going here for the past 3 years and the managers there has always been consistent on his performance and offers quality service and has been a great asset to the location. The car wash experience is great as the soap is reasonable amount and the water amount is generous so you don't leave with a bunch of soap unlike a lot of other locations. The car does come spotless 9.8/10 times. The location has been improving a lot of the years with a bunch of technology and ALPR cameras and their online platform. One thing I do think the location does need to improve on is to focus on the vacuum suction area. The vacuums could be improved and do much better suction than it has now and if improves on that front then it's hands down one of the best car washes in the region One of the best car washes experience than the ones I tried. If you buy a car scent then 100% of the profits go to kids foster charity which is a huge bonus! Overall great experience and small business to support. 5/5 To owners: the manager there has been an excellent asset to your location and I never had a bad experience with the guy. He's personable, has a strong work ethic, strong performance on his service and a huge asset to the employees there. Compensate that man well with a generous salary. A huge asset to your growing business. I'm serious....

For $45, the price is reasonable, but unfortunately, the quality of the wash was very…read moredisappointing. The interior cleaning was especially poor, and the exterior also left a lot to be desired. There were obvious dirty areas that were simply not cleaned -- the floor mats were still dirty, there were drink stains and residue around the cup holders and center console, and the inside of the windshield was poorly wiped down. I also noticed that the towels being used looked dirty, which may explain some of the results. From the beginning, I clearly asked how much it would cost to have the car fully cleaned, inside and outside, and I was quoted $45. I understand that $45 is not a detailing price, and I was not expecting professional detailing. However, I did expect a proper basic car wash and interior cleaning. I would have gladly paid more if I had been told that a better-quality service would cost more. What disappointed me even more was the administrator's attitude. Instead of trying to understand my concerns or offer a solution, he became argumentative and defensive. I explained that I was not asking for detailing -- I was simply pointing out areas that had clearly not been cleaned properly. Unfortunately, he seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. As for the person who actually washed my car, I don't want to blame him personally. He may simply be inexperienced and need more training. Overall, I would rate the actual service around 2.5 out of 5. Since Google doesn't allow half-star ratings, I'm leaving 2 stars. The price is fair, but the quality of the cleaning and especially the administrator's customer service need significant improvement.

The lot and drive up was a bit confusing as there were also empty stalls for self washing/cleaning. Drive towards the back and you'll find a small cashier kiosk. I elected for the Ultra service which was $55 (I guess my Outback is considered a large vehicle). Pulled up to the washing stall and sat inside while two guys scrubbed the dirt off my car. Once they were done, I drove and parked it in their wiped down station. I sat and watched as the crew meticulously clean the inside and outside of my car. I noticed a gentlemen making his round a few times and pointing out areas to the crew - either they missed something or he was instructing them do something else to it. I waited outside my car for a little over 20 minutes for the wipe-down and was quite impress with how great my car looks when they flagged me over that it was ready. All the dirt gone. Absolutely no squeak marks on the windows. The dash and console were flawless. My mats were cleaner than any other car wash place I've gone to. The crew here works hard and I appreciate the gentlemen that made his round to make sure the cleaning service was top notch before returning my vehicle to me. If you're in the area, give them a try. Sorry, I drove off and did not take any photos of the before or after. They were pretty busy and I did not want to hold up the line.

I don't know, but I went in to get my seats cleaned because an Uber passenger had vomited in my back seat, and so I paid them $100.00 to clean my seats (it used to be $60.) The rest of the day yesterday, I could still smell the vomit in my car, but I thought maybe it was the cleaning chemicals or something. Today I got in the car and it still smells like vomit. I put my nose up near the seat where the incident had happened, and the sour vomit smell is still there. So I called to let them know this. I was told I could come back and spend another $50.00 to spray some odorizer or something to clear up the smell. And I would also recieve a new cabin air filter. This is the second time I've had to have my seats cleaned for this reason (uber drunk vomit) and the last time it was sixty bucks and no more vomit smell. It seems to me that the ONE HUNDRED BUCKS I gave them should have been enough to not have my car smell like puke anymore! I am going to have to find a new place to have my car seats cleaned if this happens again. Pavilion Car Wash has gone down the tubes, sadly.

You leave your car on and put it in neutral while the conveyor moves you through the wash. A few minutes later, my car came out shiny and clean, and another kind employee dried it off for me. They also have complimentary vacuum stations available if needed. Individual washes range from $8-$18, and they offer monthly plans ranging from $25-$55, which seems like an excellent deal if you wash your car regularly. Great experience, great value, and genuinely friendly service. I will definitely be back!

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly frustrating…read more I paid for the VIP Shine Wash, which specifically includes tire shine. After my car came through the wash, I was directed to the finishing area where an employee was supposed to apply the tire shine. Instead, the employee simply walked away and left. No explanation. No replacement. No one stepped in to finish the job. So I just sat there wondering if someone was coming. After waiting and looking around, it became obvious that nobody had any idea I was still waiting. At that point I had to either continue wasting my time or leave without receiving the full service I paid for. How does a business not have someone available to cover when an employee leaves their station? If someone needs a break or their shift ends, that's understandable, but customers shouldn't be left sitting there with an unfinished service because no one is assigned to take over. It wasn't about the tire shine itself. It was about the complete lack of communication and accountability. A simple "Someone else will be with you shortly" would have made all the difference. For a business that advertises attention to detail, this was a disappointing experience. I expected better.
