I had my dental cleaning with Naira, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She was warm, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair. Naira was very gentle yet extremely thorough, making sure my teeth were cleaned perfectly while explaining each step of the process. What stood out most was her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients. She took the time to answer my questions, provided helpful tips for maintaining my oral health, and made the entire appointment pleasant and stress-free. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I left feeling confident about my smile. I highly recommend Naira to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and caring dental hygienist. I recently visited Elite Dental Group in Granada Hills, which has newly opened, for a dental cleaning, and I had an excellent experience--especially with Ms. Nicole, the dental hygienist. I had previously been to Elite Dental Group's Glendale location, where the cleaning felt rushed and was completed in about 15 minutes. This visit was completely different. Ms. Nicole spent a full hour on my cleaning, and the difference was very clear. She was extremely thorough, detailed, and professional. She carefully cleaned all areas of my teeth and gums, removed buildup completely, checked everything properly, and made sure nothing was rushed or missed. I have a strong understanding of dental work, so I can easily recognize when someone truly knows what they are doing. Ms. Nicole absolutely does. Her technique, precision, and professionalism were outstanding. In addition to her technical skills, her personality made the experience even better. She was friendly, positive, energetic, and very professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I consider myself a perfectionist and very detail-oriented when it comes to cleanliness and proper work, and honestly, I could not find a single issue with her work. She was ideal and truly professional in every way. I genuinely hope the main doctor at Elite Dental Group recognizes how valuable Ms. Nicole is to the practice. Employees like her deserve real appreciation--whether through recognition, bonuses, or raises--because she represents a very high standard of care. Highly recommended. If you are looking for a truly thorough, professional, and high-quality dental cleaning at Elite Dental Group, ask for Ms. Nicole. You will not be disappointed. read more

Overbooking mornings so that we have to wait an hour for a 9am appointment is unacceptable

Here I come again. I am so satisfied with Elite Dental Group's work. They are amazing in everything that they do. I am a terrified chicken when it comes to dentists. However the staff, Dr. Andre Eliasian and the hygienist Naira are so supportive and they know how to relieve the stress. I am beyond pleased with my implant and Naira (the hygienist) is rocking. The comforting part starts from the front desk. They knew how I am, and from the second I entered the clinic they try their best to support and comfort me. Mary was babysitting me and making me laugh to help me feel stress free and comfortable. I am beyond thankful to you guys. My entire family comes to this dental group. We will never betray you. I had an amazing experience at Elite Dental group for my wisdom teeth extraction. I always was afraid to go to dentists, because of my fear. But the service they gave me it was speechless. The hygienist Naira numbed me so well, I didn't feel any pain. Dr Andre was so professional in his job, he removed all my 4 wisdom teeth that I didn't feel anything. Guys you are the best. I am blessed to have you. By the way I was in pain and the front desk girls gave me same day appointment. I really really appreciate it. You guys are the Best. read more

My experience at elite dental group was great! Went in for some tooth pain I had been experiencing for a while. I had put it off for a while off due to just not having good experiences before with dentists. Decided to go here and it was the best choice. Dr Eliasian was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions making sure I was at ease before any work was done. The front desk staff were also very nice and helpful. I went on a day that they were very busy but I still got all the attention and care I was looking for, and I appreciated how they were able to take me in so quickly. I had went back again after my tooth was fixed for dental cleaning and Naira (Dental Hygienist) was just as great and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It's nice to go to a place where everyone in the office cares and try's to excel in there customer service and overall treatment of there patients. I had a lot of anxiety at first going in but they made the overall experience very smooth and well structured! I recommend them to ANYONE looking for a dental office where they actually care about the patients and have there best interest! THANK YOU DR ANDRE, NAIRA AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF!!! ALSO THANK YOU TO GOHAR AS WELL SHE WAS GREAT DURING THE INTIAL EXAM AND MADE ME FEEL AT EASE DURING MY X RAYS! read more

I have been visiting Elite Dental group for almost a year now and after making the decision to switch from my prior dentist, I am definitely happy I did it. From staff to Dr. Eliasian are the best of the best. I will start by saying that first and foremost Elite Dental place is immaculately clean a spotless, the staff and especially the nurses are very attentive and kind and hands on to make sure you get the best care possible. And Dr. Andre is soo kind and patient and explains thoroughly and give you suggestions for what's best for you. He is not a type of doctor who just want to sell sell sell . He actually saved me thousands of dollars by offering other alternatives as to what I thought I needed to get. You will not go wrong with going to Dr. Andre Eliasian, who is the best of the best and that is why I continuously go back every time. Thank you Elite Dental Group and Dr. Eliansian. read more

Driving from Ventura California to Glendale is not the best drive, especially when you have to take the 101 freeway. But to have overpriced and bad dental work is worse. So I gratefully take the drive out here. Dr. Andre has been nothing less than the best. The dental process that I had to go through was unreal. My experience is was pleasant. Very pleasant. I recommend Elite dental to everyone. read more

It was my first and last time I'm stepping in his office. The front desk "manager" needs to chill out with her nasty attitude, also she needs to wear a mask, FYI Milena we are not done with the Covid yet. The funniest part about this is the doctor was SUPER sick that couldn't even breath, didn't even wear his mask appropriately, God only knows if he has a cold or Covide . If I get sick or Covid I will definitely be taking a legal action. My front tooth is broken and I'm in a lots of pain, I was told my insurance wouldn't cover it because it's cosmetics and I have to pay, but another doctor fixed it before with the same insurance. He ended up to polish a little bit, but I wish I didn't let him to do it. He makes my smile like fangs. He did my job in a rush and supper messy. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL, spend you money and time somewhere else. read more

If I can recommend a nice professional place to come. This is your place Dr Andre and Dr Nick and there staff I cannot say how great they all are. I know it's hard going to a dental place. This place is good. Staff are all professionals and friendly. The only problem I have is they're not punctual. If you arrive on time for your appointment, make sure to wait 45 minutes or so to be seen by dentist. I don't know what's the point of scheduling you if they themselves don't follow it. read more

I'm happy to give Dr. Andre and his office and staff 5 stars! The office is calm and tranquil, everyone knows what they are doing and treats patients with professional and kind attitudes. No waiting, no problems with billing my insurance, and (compared to the dentist I left to start coming here) no attempts to upcharge for services not needed. Their equipment is state of the art, and I have to say this is the cleanest office I've ever been in. Sure any medical office should be clean, but every time I come in it seems like they just painted and installed new ceiling tiles. Nice relaxing videos on the walls, and good music too. I am very confident in the dental care and advice I receive here so I will see them again in 6 months, and give them my highest recommendation. read more

From the minute I walked in, every person in the building was a professional, courteous and there was just a vibe that this is exactly what these people should be doing. And now Dr. Eliasian, I call him the Mad Man!! Lol All business, right to the point and very personable and compassionate. I was also freaking out a little due to the fact they wanted to start the day I walked in and I needed pretty extensive procedures. Not him, just cool as a cucumber, maybe because he does it everyday? What a fantastic office! Very pleased and would recommend this Dental office to anyone!! Erik Spence read more

Very surprised with how THE DOCTORS AT THIS OFFICE IGNORE THEIR PATIENTS!!!!! I've been having jaw pain and teeth issues in the last few weeks and could barely get a day off on Saturday to get my teeth checked up. ( since I'm a full time student and I also work on the weekends). When I called and got the appointment for the checkup they told me that my teeth cleaning is also due, so I took an appointment for both check up and cleaning. My appointment was at 1 o'clock and I was there exactly on time, i wasn't called in until 2:15 pm. Then I had my cleaning done by the assistant in about 20 minutes and been told you're all set!!!! I was like what about the checkup that I am here for ?? I have pain and this is why I am here, they said oh okay we'll call the doctor to come see you right now. 15 minutes later been told that today is a SATURDAY AND THE DOCTOR IS NOT HERE!!!!! ( which was not true, I saw the doctor walking by my room like 3 times ) I said sorry but I was clear enough when I got the appointment... they basically had nothing to say and they kept saying sorry go take another appointment for your checkup at the front desk. I went out to the front desk lady and asked her to check what my appointment was for and she said it's for both cleaning and checkup but we're sorry our schedule fell behind and the doctors been very busy and could not have time to see you !!!!! Seriously ?!!! Is that what professional doctors do ?!! They simply ignore patients with pain because their busy and their schedule fell behind ?!!! Turned out that it was only my fault for trusting fake 5 reviews on yelp and booking an appointment with you guys. Been told many times that they are sorry and I should take another appointment to have the doctor do the checkup... but sorry I can never trust such a doctor that ignores patients with pain just because he couldn't manage his time and his schedule fell behind... NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL DENTAL OFFICE !!! read more
