They go to great lengths to make sure that my visits are as pleasant as possible and I am comfortable. Exceptional service all the way around. It's like I am flying first class on an airline. I am totally blown away by the waiting room. Those are real orchids. The wall of imported marble. (We had full mouth X-rays at another office. Insurance only pays for these every 5 years. Harbor Dental had the results from all 3 of our family members, and before making the 1st appointment, I was assured this would not be a problem, this was just the 1st incident that I disputed). Despite that, additional services were added to the bill without prior discussion of cost or informed consent. Patients deserve transparency and respect for their preferences and coverage limits. If you go here, insist on a written treatment plan and itemized estimate before any work is performed, and verify coverage in advance.

I have had a total of 4 upper molars pulled due to infection. The first two extraction visits were fine * but the last one was horrible. I had to have 2 pulled that time and the pain I went through was horrible. Due to damage to my teeth from chemo, during each of those visits I wanted to discuss a treatment plan for permanent dentures for top of my mouth but he kept putting me off . And I couldn't understand why. So my last visit I asked why he wouldn't discuss a treatment plan and he said because I needed a separate appointment even though preliminary work was done (full mouth X-rays and pictures) I figured he just wanted to charge for another office visit. I got frustrated and went to two other dentists and implant dental specialists to discuss. I then learned I am not a candidate for implants due to bone loss in area where Mission Hill did extractions because they did not do bone graphs as part of the extraction process. I have had many teeth pulled by other dentists and not one didn't give me bone graphs. Because of this my only option is dentures. I will never go back

The office is clean, modern, and actually cute which is a refreshing change from my last dentist that looked like a hole in the wall. The TVs have crystal clear resolution for viewing x-rays, and they went over everything in detail so I understood exactly what was going on. My wait time was literally zero minutes, and here is the funny part; I was in and out with a filling faster than my last office ever managed to do a cleaning. The hygienist/assistant was so sweet and personable, and the dentist was relatable, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. The first cleaning I had with Hygienist Alyson (a year or two ago) went the same as Stephanie describes - - Alyson was rude, unprofessional, condescending and has a nasty bedside manner. She is not pleased to have to deal with any medical issues a client may have. Due to vertigo and sinus problems, I am unable to be reclined back as far as she would like, yet she has no concern for anything but her own comfort. Likewise, the appointment setter, Claudia, is rude and obnoxious, stating that she told you something last time you were there, when she DID NOT. I was called less than a week before my six month cleaning and told that it would be a deep cleaning as discussed. They "mentioned" wanting to do it; but I NEVER AGREED to it - - and now they say they will no longer treat me if I don't have it done. I asked to speak with the dentist by phone and was told that I would have to make an appointment to see him in person, rather than a telephone call. I really only wanted to speak to him further about the procedure itself and privately question his staff's behavior, but because of Claudia's rudeness and pushiness, I decided to come here to let everyone know about my feelings publicly. Additionally, during the last visit, the dentist mentioned a small light colored area near one of my teeth near the gum (it has been there for years) and the dentist gave me a card to go see his buddy, a dental surgeon, to have a look at it. Two years ago, they stopped taking my insurance (claiming it was a slow payer), but I loyally stayed with them, and submitted repayments to my insurance myself for reimbursement; so now, all of a sudden, Claudia calls me a week before my appointment telling me I have good insurance and it will only be $35 for the deep cleaning. Furthermore, they will no longer treat me if I don't get it done. Could it be that they lost so many long-time clients they decided to again take my insurance? Working the system much? Poor business practices at the very least.

Liz came back in room, she said great news, Cherry finance gave us (she means her and Rodion Pinkhasov) $6,650.00 so she had me pay her $350.00 out of my bank acct that day. When I was home I asked Liz by text , so I need to bring over $23,000.00 on day of procedure? She said yes. I told her I was not going thru with procedure. She said well they are keeping the $6,650.00 ! I have not been back so Cherry finance has took over $2000.00 out of my bank acct (for absolutely nothing mind you ) & cherry says I'm late on my payment (they probably have ruined my credit now for no procedure what so ever!) because I have stopped them from letting them take $ out of my acct !!!!
