From Loise at the front desk to my hygienist Ayleen, to everyone of the staff who greet patients, the professionalism and warmth comes from the top. My smile, I now flash as often as I can. I echo the sentiments of Stephanie G, Abigail K, Kjellaug Y, and Pete M. The first cleaning I had with Hygienist Alyson (a year or two ago) went the same as Stephanie describes - - Alyson was rude, unprofessional, condescending and has a nasty bedside manner. She is not pleased to have to deal with any medical issues a client may have. Due to vertigo and sinus problems, I am unable to be reclined back as far as she would like, yet she has no concern for anything but her own comfort. Likewise, the appointment setter, Claudia, is rude and obnoxious, stating that she told you something last time you were there, when she DID NOT. I was called less than a week before my six month cleaning and told that it would be a deep cleaning as discussed. They "mentioned" wanting to do it; but I NEVER AGREED to it - - and now they say they will no longer treat me if I don't have it done. I asked to speak with the dentist by phone and was told that I would have to make an appointment to see him in person, rather than a telephone call. I really only wanted to speak to him further about the procedure itself and privately question his staff's behavior, but because of Claudia's rudeness and pushiness, I decided to come here to let everyone know about my feelings publicly. Additionally, during the last visit, the dentist mentioned a small light colored area near one of my teeth near the gum (it has been there for years) and the dentist gave me a card to go see his buddy, a dental surgeon, to have a look at it. Two years ago, they stopped taking my insurance (claiming it was a slow payer), but I loyally stayed with them, and submitted repayments to my insurance myself for reimbursement; so now, all of a sudden, Claudia calls me a week before my appointment telling me I have good insurance and it will only be $35 for the deep cleaning. Furthermore, they will no longer treat me if I don't get it done. Could it be that they lost so many long-time clients they decided to again take my insurance? Working the system much? Poor business practices at the very least.

I get it going to the Dentist can be expensive and in some cases painful. My most recent experience was on 7/21/26. After a 6 month cleaning on 7/16/26 conducted by Kalen who did a great job as he always does. I was then examined by Dr. Natalia my first visit with her. This place is no pressure and for the last 3 cleanings I had been kicking the can down the road and Dr Natalia called me out on it with all the evidence. Pictures of failing fillings, decay that got worse, decay under a crown that got bigger.... Pictures don't lie, x-rays dont lie, they show the progression. You have to listen and take action when problems arise. I had to get 3 new crowns and hope teeth could be saved. Kendra gave me an estimate of what my insurance would pay and also what I would have to pay. TRANSPARENT. Then I asked Kendra about a summer special they were running on Denistry needs I saw on website which she verified and did not know and BAM. I was happy about total price. Kendra was awesome. Flexible got me a 7:00 AM appointment to complete 2 crowns on 7/21/26. Well today was the day. Dr Natalia and Cley the dental assistant completed a seemless 2 crown tooth cleanup installation that I am HAPPY about. Cley and Dr Natalia were a team and kept things moving. It was my first dental procedure with Dr Natalia. She was honest with past evidence of my dental short coming that I did not address. Look, no one is excited about seeing the dentist but if you want to keep your teeth and have the LEAST amount of work you listen to your Dr. I walked out of there with great fitting crowns, on time and ready to go back to work. Cley was instrumental in fitting the fresh milled and baked crowns which made Dr Natalia's install quick, easy and painless. Very happy camper right now and get the final crown next week. Long story short, I found this practice on Yelp. They had fabulous reviews. I called and got an appointment within two days (it was not an emergency). Dr. Christopher Stanosheck thoroughly evaluated my tooth and crown. Luckily, he was able to re-cemented it back in place! It was good I went in, because I had bacteria and debris that had worked its way under the crown and it was irritating my gum, etc. He was able to clean that out and probably saved me from getting an infection and having a much bigger problem. Dr. Stanosheck was very kind as well as knowledgeable, and his office staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone without reservation.

The hygienist Juan was excellent and very patient knowing my previous issues, he injected the minimum to numb the area and was really careful to ensure I could take breathes, monitoring my blood pressure and more. The deep cleaning has been perfect and very professionally. I understand the price is a bit up because I didn't maintain for a bit of time and it will be a normal cleaning going forward. I read the reviews on Yelp and they are mixed often due to the price or mask required, but I wanted to make my own experience as the 500+ reviews on Google are amazing.
