I was informed that everything had to be paid in full which was fine. I got a cleaning, X-rays, and check up. I was informed that I needed a crown. I went back and had the crown done and paid in full my responsibility of 478.09. I have dental insurance. Months later I received a bill for 701.11. I called the office and was informed this was my balance. I told them i couldn't pay this. In the beginning they said they didn't accept payments, now they will. They even offered to lower it. I just had my first visit with this office. Nothing but 5 stars. From the ability to book on line when the office was closed to the follow up call the following day they were open . All forms were filled out on line before. Office staff were efficient and nice. Dental assistants were also friendly, worked as a team and so good with telling me everything they were doing and how long it would take. Dr Valentine , personable, informative and had a great touch. After being with my past Dentist for 35 years, this was a great experience. Oh do I mention my first visit was for a crown repair which DR V didn't flinch or tell me I need to be established first. I had a humiliating experience . I went in for routine cleaning had been in before. They refused to clean my teeth unless i had deep cleaning on my moelers first. Refused to clean the other teeth. Told not to come back for routine cleaning unless I did the deep cleaning first for $800. When I complained to the office manager she told me I had Gum Disease which was never discussed with me. I have all my teeth The dentist never spoke to me about any of this.A young hygenist just out of school told me not to come back unless I let her do this procedure. I will never be back.. read more

I went to this dentist while on vacation with a broken tooth. The office called my insurance company before ever seeing me, to make sure what they would be getting for their services. I was told they would accept my insurance. So after initial visit and extraction bill was almost $700. I paid almost $400 while there and my insurance company paid $168. The insurance mailed them the checks and they tried to tell me they had not received anything, that the insurance company would send me the check (which they never have done) and were billing me for the WHOLE thing that I had not paid that day. Got that straightened out. I asked for an adjustment in the bill as I had been told my insurance was accepted, and and all I received was a letter saying we had trust issues and to find another dentist, and also another bill for $125. Apparently they did not accept my insurance as told. Apparently their mission statement should be changed. Very unhappy. read more

Finding a dentist in a new town isn't easy, but after my family had been to see Dr. Valentine for cleanings, we thought we had found the dentist we would use for years to come. I could over look my older daughter not wanting to go there because she thought the front staff was rude, I can over look the time I was on hold for over 7 minutes just to reschedule an appointment, but what I will not accept is the way Dr. Valentine spoke to me today. My daughter's orthodontist wanted a couple of her teeth bonded after she had her braces removed. He told me that two teeth were smaller than they should be, and that they needed to be bonded to other teeth so that her bite would be correct, and so that her teeth would not shift after her braces came off. After being stuck in the middle of Dr. Valentine not agreeing with the orthodontist on a procedure, he told me "I think it is crazy you don't know what you want to do." Excuse me! Am I not being advised by a professional and taking his advice? Then he went on to tell me "I think what you want to do is crazy." Well, this "crazy" parent did not stay, and told the front staff "We will not be back." I was clearly upset by the way I was spoken to, but someone up front thought it was funny. It was not the office manager. Thankfully, she seemed sympathetic. I honestly don't know why he spoke to me so derogatory. I was trying to do what was best for my daughter, and to follow the plan that I was given by the orthodontist. I told my daughter's orthodontist what Dr. Valentine said, and he was baffled. Thankfully, I have a couple of dentist referrals from him. Wish me luck, and I wish you good luck finding a great dentist. read more

I will start off by saying save your time, gas, mileage, and everything else and not go to this place for anything not even a cleaning. Rude alongside disrespectful service not only from the staff but the doctors as well. I went there once and TO THIS DAY I regret my co-pay. After my experience THEY OWE ME for all the stuff I went through. If I could rate it less than one star best believe I would. Small office with large room for improvement but they reserve the space for their disrespectful egos. Terrible place to go to for anything. read more

Probably my worst experience with a "professional" I've ever had. Office staff are incompetent, 6 months after my office visit for my annual insurance covered cleaning, x-ray and consult I started receiving bills. After I spoke to my insurance company I was informed that a check had been issued shortly after my visit but never cashed. Informed the experts at Eagle Creek and my insurance company issued new check. Eagle Creek then sent me a bill for the x-rays, covered by insurance but coded wrong by EC. Insurance company sent 2 faxes to EC before my visit outlining my coverage as they were a participant in my insurance plan this should have been covered in full. Instead I was responsible for the bill because insurance company paid only for what was covered. So I paid for a covered service, teeth couldn't be cleaned until I came back for a deep cleaning, 1200 bucks without ins. 1800 really. No consult, worthless xrays and no cleaning, a total waste of time and money. Eagle Creek is better suited for wallet cleanings than dentistry. BTW been to a different dentist twice since then with excellent results and no need for the $1200 wallet cleansing read more
