Dr. Patricia Pavlos and her mobile dental staff saw my 88-year-old mother today at her memory care…read morefacility in Naples, and I could not be more pleased with the results of this visit. My mother is wheelchair-bound, and suffers from dementia; she would not allow a dentist to look at her teeth in almost a year, but the charming Dr. Pavlos was able to examine and clean her teeth with a minimal amount of protest. She was respectful and proficient, and allowed me to be present to reassure my mom during the procedure. I am delighted beyond words, and would HIGHLY recommend this professional staff to anyone who's loved ones in in a facility and in need of dental care, be it routine or emergency. Thank you, Dr. Pavlos!

Be wary of Patricia Pavlos…read more She was my family dentist for 15 years & I had the greatest respect for her skills and compassion most of that time. She's always been pricey but her work was top notch & I felt she was worth it. In recent years she started crafting crowns in-house and the results have been devastating for me. She's not insurance friendly so I saved for years to have her "fix my smile". She was working with a lab at that time (circa 2010) and the crowns they fabricated for my 4 front teeth were beautiful, naturally she guaranteed her work in perpetuity. Several years later (7-8) one of the 4 teeth fell out so I called her office immediately. It turned out she was on vacation that week so I had to pay "emergency/after hour rates" even though it was during normal business hours! That that was just the beginning of my problems. Around a year later I got hit in the face & broke one of my beautiful front teeth... that's when she told me she was surprised they had lasted as long as they did! What happened to her expectation that they would last a lifetime? By this time she was fabricating the teeth in-house and the results were far less than desirable. She was having difficulty getting the tooth to fit and look right but she seemed ok with having to remake the tooth, or so I thought! After many office visits and an overwhelming amount of hours sitting her chair while she "fit me in" she let it slip that she had done a dozen teeth in the amount of time she had spent trying to get that one tooth right for me! Can you imagine how I felt? Eventually I gave up on any hope of having the smile that I saved for years to achieve, and left her office with a discolored tooth with a platypus effect and I am now saving to have all of my teeth redone by another practitioner! That was two years ago and it's taken me this long to post this severely unfavorable review, it brings me no joy but I just can't shake the feeling that it's the right thing to do. Be wary and be very careful, even the best of dentists can grow greedy to the point of forsaking your smile and you can't grow new teeth!
