Keeps pinching my lips after I told him 3 times to be gentle. I usually just endure it and understand it's necessary sometimes but he displayed no care for my comfort. I got here at 8:30am and only got in the chair until 11am. 2 patients left while in the waiting room because they were done waiting. No explanation neither, just "backed up" even though we were the first ones in the door. I'm not sure how much longer I should wait for this rude doctor. I feel bad for the female hygienists who have to work with him and see his clear disregard for patient care and not be able to say anything. The hygienist actually apologized to me FOR HIM. He didn't say anything to me when it was over, he just got up and left. So it is finally over and I left trying to get out there as fast as I can fighting tears because the sides of my mouth burn from the friction of his instruments. This was the worst dentist experience I've ever had and I can't believe he's practicing. I held my tears as I left but I wish the whole office had seen the state of my mouth and overall state.

The office staff here were following all CDC guidelines and we felt quite safe having her dental work performed at this location. She got a cleaning, x-rays, several fillings, and a wonderful referral for a root canal. My mom has had no issues with any of the performed dental work at all. Before moving to Florida, we had always gone to our family dentist, meaning.... We have a dentist in the family!! But living too far now, we are very happy to have found Dr. Baxmann for our dental needs. I definitely recommend this office and look forward to future visits for both my mom and myself.

When you have an urgent need, they go out of their way to help figure out a solution. Originally went to this office for 3 years until they stopped taking our insurance. Went to 2 other in-network dentists since leaving SWFL Dental and r experiences have been awful at these other places - temps used as hygienists, hidden costs, trying to upsell, wanting to drill/fill cavities that aren't actually cavities (thanks to Dr. Baxmann for taking a look & letting us know no work was really needed!). We truly feel that we can trust Dr. Baxmann so r returning and will just pay the out of network cost. It's worth the money to be able to rely on the opinion/expertise and work of someone like Dr. Baxmann who is honest, takes a cautious approach and takes his time ensuring he's providing you with his best work. As far as quality of dental work, he fixed 2 of my child's teeth with enamel hypocalcification/hypoplasia and they look so great now! They walked me through the process before and during the procedure. Measurements were taken using some type of 3D camera. Dr. Ringland showed me the computer as she translated the measurements into a picture of the piece they were making for my tooth. They even have the technology in the office to make inlays, veneers and other items while you wait. They actually let me watch while the machine carved my inlay - it was fascinating. And best of all, it was a great fit and color match.
