Cira and Karen went above and beyond in every way! First and foremost is their attention to detail. Our space looks immaculate! Then both Carolina and Carlos brings up a contract, never heard of such contract for house cleaning services before unless it's an office cleaning. Then first day of cleaning, he changes the pricing. Went ahead with the cleaning anyway for $200. Missed a bathroom when it was initially stated during walk thru and also discussed the same day when cleaning was scheduled. Other bathroom tub was not scrubbed clean. I could have saved myself $200 and did a better job. Carlos also made a comment about why he decided to have contracts because ppl tend to have cleaning done and not called back for recurring services. Most likely the cleaning isn't up to par. Save the trouble of using a mediocre cleaning service.
