I started to interview new cleaners and the moment Sonia showed up for a quote i knew she was attentive, detailed and thorough!! As we walked through my home she actually picked up things and "tidied" up because it bothered her to see things out of place. She and her team are incredibly reliable, take their time and every single cushion is moved and cleaned under, every blind is dusted and every pillow placed perfectly when they leave. I'm so grateful for her!! I trust them to come when I'm not home. I trust that my home is clean and above all i trust they care about my home as much as i do. Lastly, my granddaughter was with us yesterday. She is 15 months old and was OBSESSED with Sonia!!! She wanted to follow her around the house and just kept smiling at her. THAT is the ultimate compliment when a child feels how special you are. Thank you Sonia and your team!

Then both Carolina and Carlos brings up a contract, never heard of such contract for house cleaning services before unless it's an office cleaning. Then first day of cleaning, he changes the pricing. Went ahead with the cleaning anyway for $200. Missed a bathroom when it was initially stated during walk thru and also discussed the same day when cleaning was scheduled. Other bathroom tub was not scrubbed clean. I could have saved myself $200 and did a better job. Carlos also made a comment about why he decided to have contracts because ppl tend to have cleaning done and not called back for recurring services. Most likely the cleaning isn't up to par. Save the trouble of using a mediocre cleaning service.

I can't say enough good things about Sparkling Cleaning Services! My parents' home hadn't had a…read moreproper deep clean in a few years due to some medical issues, and this team went above and beyond to make the house feel fresh and spotless again. They came fully prepared with all their own supplies, which made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was given attention, and it was clear they took pride in their work. From scrubbing hard-to-reach areas to leaving the floors shining, they exceeded all expectations. The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! My parents were so happy with how everything turned out, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort this team put into making their home feel like new again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and professional cleaning service!

Her team was on time, cleaned the house from top to bottom, making appliances that the previous owners had left in a filthy state look like new. I have been using The Maids of Ocean and Monmouth Counties in Red Bank, NJ for over a year. Before…read morethem, I had tried a few other cleaning services that were sub par. I am extremely pleased with them. The Red Team is very experienced and Esme has been a long time employee. They are pricey, but I have to say that they come in with 3-4 cleaners who finish my house in about an hour and 15 minutes. That is important to me. Less expensive companies have been disappointing. My home is about 1800 sq. feet. They start working as soon as they walk in. I always leave the house when they arrive...I like to get out of the way. I have no qualms about leaving them alone, nothing will be missing I can assure you. When I return home, the house smells clean and is sparkling. I think there was one time, that something wasn't done to my complete satisfaction, and they offered to come back immediately. The Maids trains their employees how to clean efficiently and use products made for different areas of my home. I like that. I highly recommend them if you want a quality and professional job.

With a family of 4, 5 cats and a dog, I found I was spending the majority of my time cleaning up. I reached out to Meire and she came the next day to provide a quote. Meire comes every two weeks and I look forward to those days when I can come home to a fresh smelling, spotless house. She cleans areas of my house that I don't think I've ever cleaned since I moved in. We had black mold growing in the grout of our shower - and now it's gone and I have not seen it again. She makes the beds, she cleans any dirty dishes in the sink, she puts away toys. If I go away on a business trip, I have even called her to see if she could come an extra day just so I can come home to a clean house. I cannot recommend Meire enough!!
