The girls are very nice but they did not speak English you had to translate to an app. She actually pulled them out because I wouldn't get the deep cleaning after we settled on the 150 she tried to get $300 out of a small apartment that I live in. What a rip off I wonder if she pays taxes on her business I'll have to find out. No one screams at me and a businesswoman she's not no class at all.

I've had to send photos immediately after cleanings were finished asking why certain areas still look untouched and today was my last straw when my doorbell cover mysteriously broke during a cleaning and was swept into a corner of my house behind a door that the team swears must've happened while they were not here, even though that is impossible. I understand mistakes happen, but this feels like a blatant issue that was intentionally hidden. My point of contact was very rude when I asked about what happened, I also didn't love how it seemed to be different employees coming each cleaning rather than a standard set of employees. If you are looking for a one time deep clean, they may be worth it, but I definitely do not recommend for ongoing cleanings.

However, the need for help was greater than my fear, and to make a long story short, I found Radiant Cleaning. At first, all I needed was a boost--someone to come in and do a deep cleaning. It was like hitting the "restart button" and getting a head start on the housework. Alexa, the owner was prompt in her response to my inquiry and a few days later, she come over to assess. It would take 6 hours and a full team of cleaners to do the deep cleaning. They worked swiftly and stayed focus. They cleaned parts of the house that I didn't realize had gotten grimy. Afterwards, the house looked and smelled fabulous! It was a no-brainer to ask if Alexa and her team could continue to help with the housework so that I could use what little free time I have to be with my family. Radiant Cleaning gives me the chance to relax, in my extremely clean house, and enjoy being wife and mom. Radiant does amazing work! Alexa takes time to get to know you and your needs. She is highly organized, so when you ask her to do a few extras, she will get them done. She accompanies her team and does a final walk through, ensuring that the job is perfect. She asks you to also check and if you find something, she fixes it immediately. But to be honest, the fixes are few and far between! I highly recommend Alexa and Radiant Cleaning! If you live in her service area and need help with keeping the house in order, do yourself a favor and secure her services.

I started to interview new cleaners and the moment Sonia showed up for a quote i knew she was attentive, detailed and thorough!! As we walked through my home she actually picked up things and "tidied" up because it bothered her to see things out of place. She and her team are incredibly reliable, take their time and every single cushion is moved and cleaned under, every blind is dusted and every pillow placed perfectly when they leave. I'm so grateful for her!! I trust them to come when I'm not home. I trust that my home is clean and above all i trust they care about my home as much as i do. Lastly, my granddaughter was with us yesterday. She is 15 months old and was OBSESSED with Sonia!!! She wanted to follow her around the house and just kept smiling at her. THAT is the ultimate compliment when a child feels how special you are. Thank you Sonia and your team!

I'm not saying the house wasn't 50-60% cleaner, because technically it was. I'm not saying I lied about how dirty it was to begin with, I specially said the word "filthy" when requesting a quote. What I am saying is I told everyone at the company I spoke to that I understand it's a big job and I am happy to pay more to have cleaners stay longer and get this job done so I don't have to stress it. Here I am stressing it. There is literally nothing in the house but walls and floors, no furniture and no carpet, yet somehow they didn't have time to clean the hardware on cabinet fronts or even clean inside the cabinets themselves. Or the light fixtures, or the face plates on half the light switches and electrical outlets or the big clumps of dust and dog hair hanging off the edges of the cabinet bases. In summation! No I'm not satisfied, no I would not recommend and no I definitely won't use them again.

I'm a 70 year old women and he tried to bully me and say that I never agreed to a timeframe. True - I didn't but I also didn't think they would take their time and chit chat. He stood over me and tried to intimidate me. and say I was wrong about their arrival time. He wasn't here, I was. I tried to explain about that to him about how they really took their time - he barked back in an aggressive manor and wouldn't let me speak.. Hundreds of other cleaning services, no need to feel intimidated or overcharge. He charged tax but never showed me an invoice with the tax broken out. Simply horrible and scary to deal with. I paid him exactly what he requested then politely asked him to leave and he wouldn't. This became extremely scary and he continued to argue. Go elsewhere!

They stated it would take 3 hours to clean my entire home and assured me their estimates are very accurate. This was not the case. Their estimate was unrealistic and deceptively low in order to get my business. My house was left dirty and unfinished. Even the rooms that were supposedly finished were not fully cleaned, and all the "mopped floors" in every room were still dirty! I ended up spending hours at my house afterwards cleaning what they were paid almost five hundred dollars to do! This company does not stand behind their work, even though on their website they have a Satisfaction Guarantee clause. When I complained about the dirty rooms, the manager never called me back to resolve the problem and they blocked me from calling their office. I recommend going with a reputable cleaning company.
