I drove 29 minutes to Elite Cleaners location from my home. As I drove up I couldn't tell how to enter. Garments hung on racks surrounded the place. I could barely squeeze in the front door. I got in, made eye contact and I ask is this the entrance. She looked at me and said yes. Come in. I stepped in and she scurried around for a receipt book. I said I called about alterations. She said oh yeah we do alterations. She ask if I had them all measured out. I said no. I need to be fitted. She said it would be better if I go to the other store. I said how far. They said 10 minutes!!!! I had already drove 30 minutes after phoning ahead. Then to arrive and be told to drive further. I tell you visions of sugar plums weren't dancing in my head. Don't take in faux fur coats! I took a handful of items here. I got a blouse seam restitched (10/10), a white comforter dry cleaned (11/10, exceeded my expectations!), and a faux fur coat spot cleaned (1/10). If you're not satisfied with your experience, I know you can go back but I'm scared to get my coat recleaned by them. I let my friend borrow my coat and she returned it with small, crunchy spots all over it. I took it in, asking for it to be spot cleaned, but only like two of the several spots were cleaned. The cleaned areas were scrubbed which half-ruined the faux fur. It also cost me almost $19 (after-tax) and I would say my coat was returned in worse condition. I meant to ask for a refund but it's been a few months. I'll continue to take my comforter back to this place. Great experience except for my coat. read more

Worth the drive. Took in my daughters prom dress and when I picked it up it looked perfect. Hard to imagine since it had several different types of delicate fabric and sequins. Also amazed at the care of the wrapping and packing, showing a lot of care for the original shape and form of the garment. Yes, it was on the pricey side, but well worth it when you want to hire experienced professionals caring for your one off garment. Highly recommended, and will definitely use again. Update: Have since frequented Elite with all manner of items from casual to custom suits, ties, dresses, uniforms, etc - never failing to impress - consistently excellent from the quality of work, to customer service, to the care of packaging. A few comments to add. On my first visit to this shop I was not a happy customer, but after my pick up was compete the management contacted me to resolve and explain the issues. I can say that I was impressed by the genuine effort to both resolve my issue and improve future service. While I have not yet tried Elite Cleaners again, this extra effort definitely gets them a second try and I look forward to having an improved experience. Secondly, I was getting some tailoring and cleaning work done and now, having used the fixed items, I'm very happy with the work, the quality and turn time on my order was great. I rarely dry clean my clothes but I had to get cat urine removed from a coat and Elite got my designer coat cleaned perfectly in less than 24 hours (I didn't even request a rush). They also set you up with an account and numbered drop bag so you can just drop your clothes off after hours for it to be cleaned the following day. Highly recommend! read more

This is the first time ever having to go to a cleaners and I actually used Yelp to determine who I was going to use, Elite was the one that stood out the most. When first walking in we weren't greeted, which is not a big deal, so i went ahead and greated the only person working that we seen. However other than the no greating at first, the service was great. Very Happy with the dry cleaning service. A little pricey, but you pay for what u get. My dress I had dry cleaned was still a little wrinkled in some spots. But overall every thing else was great. And for being new to the area had $20 off. Also I have family that lives in the area and the use Elite for there dry cleaning services and had no complaints. If I needed dry cleaning services again I would definitely return to Elite. read more

I just bought a $200 shirt and went out to eat at a steakhouse. They bring the steak out on a 500 degree plate, which causes the food to splatter everywhere. Elite Cleaners is a launderer that takes itself seriously. In the two years I've been a customer, everything has been perfect. The staff is friendly, direct, and can immediately answer any questions I may have. They can handle silk, linen, cotton, wool, cashmere, leather, mink, vicuna, mohair, ramie, hemp, and anything else I've sent their way. Before laundering a piece, they inspect it. If they find any tears or loose seams they will text or call to ask if I want the item sent for repairs. Every clothing item has been done within 24 hours and every household item in 48 hours. I never find broken buttons because they check for breaks and fix them every time. Furthermore, they profile each item and save it to their database with care instructions. Additionally, I've even seen them read the care instructions on a clothing item and then chose to do something more careful than the piece requests. The price is higher than other places in Phoenix, but their work is perfect and I am happy to keep coming back whenever I have something that needs cleaning, be it a jacket, coat, shirt, or an everyday pair of shorts. read more

I've been going to Elite Cleaners for over 5 years now. What I love, is that if it can be cleaned... it will be cleaned... to PERFECTION! I trust the entire team here to clean everything from down comforters to silk dresses. I even bring in my jackets that needed pockets sewn or buttons attached. There is no over-promising either. Last New Years I worked an event and practically ruined my silk dress that had a train as I ran around and attended to spills, pouring champagne, etc. I brought the dress in and the owner took a look and said it would be almost impossible to clean but he could try. I gave them as much time as they needed to clean the dress. 5 days later, it was ready for pickup and looked almost brand new!!! I trusted them to do what they know and do best - and it worked. I started going to Elite Cleaners because it is so close to my house. And never dawned on me to write a review since most people go to closest dry cleaners to their house. But there yelp page seemed unloved so I took one for the team and wrote the first review. The women who work here are super nice. They do an excellent job with both laundry and dry cleaning. And the price is not to bad for dry cleaning, I recently picked up 15 articles both dry cleaning/laundry and it was 30 bucks! And that was before my discount as a returning customer. The only downside is that this place shares a parking lot with Arcadia Grill. Which I have never been too but based on their lack of parking and over use of valet service means lack of parking. So just dont expect to pick up your laundry durning lunch time. Though there is a drop off only parking spot, but just one. So here is hoping luck is on your side if you do try to pick it up durning lunch. read more

I found this gem on Yelp (go figure)and have taken numerous shirts, jackets, pants, and dresses etc.to be cleaned. This company lives up to it's name. The staff is prompt, professional, and reliable. The owner takes customer service very seriously and values customer loyalty. I used the spend $30 for $50 coupon on the yelp site and redeemed it from my phone. It was a true breeze. The owner (I'm assuming) explained they have delivery service free of charge. I agree witb his philosophy- dry cleaning should be hassle free. Quality work every time, no exceptions. Not necessarily the cheapest, but absolutely the best. You get what you pay for. Cheers! One request for the owner: please put a fan (or anything to cool) in the receiving area. As far as Dry Cleaners go, this is about as VIP as you can get. What I really like is they have an overnight drop off, you can go in and they will give you your own laundry bag for overnight drop off service, they give you a code and you can deposit your laundry after hours and know that by 5pm the next day your clothes will be clean, and they have a good system, they do an excellent job cleaning all your shirts, pants, ties and other laundry and will call you regarding any tough stains or repairs that need to be made, they have it noted in my account to just automatically fix anything up to $20. The service is always friendly and prompt. Prices are pretty good, Figure around $3 an item. And often times they will have coupons or discounts available. The only drawbacks I see is that the parking lot is always full due to the other surrounding businesses. But typically your in and out. And it was kind of disappointing that they removed the Belly App. I have tried other surrounding cleaners on Indian School and this one is by far the best. I have had bad experiences other places with lost or damaged stuff...that will not happen here, I will not go anywhere else. read more

This is my family's second time using Elite Cleaners and we plan to continue coming back. The services provided are affordable and we've never had an issue with the quality. We've had clothing as well as bedding dry cleaned. When I arrived to pick up my last order, I had my baby with me so my hands were pretty full. Without me asking, the employee offered and took my items to the car. She also mentioned that I could call next time and that someone could bring the items out to me so that I wouldn't have to get out with the baby. The clothes came out clean, except one that said they couldn't take the stains off without damaging the item, that item was charge which I don't think it should; since it was not cleaned. This review is long overdo, I've been using Elite Cleaners for the last 2 years and they have never ever steered me wrong or provided bad service nor a negative customer experience. I've moved the 3 times the last 3 years and always tried to go to the next dry cleaner for experience but they never lived up to Elite Cleaners level of service and care. What made me appreciate them more to write this review was they were able to restore my Yeezys 1000% better than a 5 Star shoe place that I went to, a establishment that is an expert in dry cleaning did a better job of restoring my expensive shoes as new than a 5 Star shoe cleaning place did. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I'm new to the area and finding a good dry cleaners is just as important as finding a good hair salon! When he dropped off my delivery with a new bag I realized that I hadn't marked my ticket with how I'd like my items done.
